Treehouse Neptune Inn, Panaji, Goa

If you like to stay at one of the best junk hotels in Panaji look no further. It's a horrible place. Shambles in management, completely incompetent staff. Room were not cleaned. The so called rooftop restaurant was a dump, if you look at this kitchen, even rats will not eat there. The 2 floors of this place is closed with plywood which reminds me of like it's used for hourly basis customers. I will never again stay there even if it meant I have to sleep on the pavement. Only good thing was the location was excellent other than that it's a gone case

Very Bad Room in website it's showing very beautiful room but actually Room are very bad condition please don't Book because before check in He deduct or one day rent show I suggest don't book ..

I visited with my family to this hotel and had booked 3 rooms over 3 days trip. ||Location: The location is very good, it is in the heart of panjim market area, with lots of good stores to shop for cashews/lanterns etc at reasonable rates. Its proximity to floating casinos, fontainhas is a plus point.||Stay: Hotel's exterior is ok-ok. But the rooms are very well maintained, seem new. No issues with TV, hot water, housekeeping. Slightly bigger rooms would have helped.||Service: A big thumbs up to the manager Mr Subodh and Receptionist Miss Ashwini. They made sure that our stay was extremely comfortable. We had a couple of requests, and they accommodated us very nicely. Their hospitality is commendable!!||Affordability: Budget friendly||||I had chosen this hotel based on my research regarding location, price, reviews and found this to be the best option. Very happy with the service and highly recommend this hotel.||PS: They have another hotel close by on a higher price range, Treehouse Neptune, which has similar name, and can be slightly confusing wile booking.

The service was very good . Though there were few misses on mentioning to the team they were immediately attended to. Worth for money. The room ambiance was good as shown in their photos. Special mention to the service team in the morning buffet so we're kind and patient and special mention Ms. Nethra who managed the floor very well and did a wonderful service not only to us but to all the clients who were there.. Thank you .

It is completely different from the images, not worth for the prices.. It's a lodge not hotel.

Rooms are good but service is not upto the mark.

Great location!! Courteous staff and small comfortable rooms. The collaboration of the staffs felt super friendly and they were very warm and welcoming. Special big thanks to SUVARNA. She is very helpful and kind. I had forgotten some of my cash in my room but that honest girl called me and inform the same.Very honest.. Really thankful and much appreciated!!!
