The Fern Residency, Miramar is an ideal place for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff is polite and always helpful, making you feel at home. The location is excellent -- just a short walk to Miramar Beach and close to the city. The breakfast spread was fresh and delicious with good variety. Overall, a wonderful experience that blends comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. Would definitely return!

This was my second stay at The Fern Residency Miramar, and once again, it lived up to my expectations. From the moment of check-in, the experience was seamless and pleasant. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay.||||The food was excellent, with a great spread for breakfast that had a variety of options to choose from. The quality and taste of the meals were commendable, making the dining experience enjoyable.||||The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring that every need was taken care of efficiently. Overall, another wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this property for a comfortable and hassle-free experience in Goa! Looking forward to visiting again.

All the staff at front desk was very helpful. From the time of booking till checkout, all the things were taken care of. My special request for room decoration was top notch. Housekeeping staff is very prompt. They did a very good decoration . Management shall appriciate their good work.

We had a family function. In July 2024 and in March 2025. The staff was helpful, courteous, cooperative and accommodated our requests. |Both the times the buffet was very good and more than sufficient for 70 (average) persons. |The hall on the 7th floor has a nice view and is spacious to hold 50-60 persons for parties, conferences, meeting etc.

It was a very exhilarating experience to be at the Fern Residency. The rooms and the staff made the experience memorable with their service and cleanliness. Julius ensured that all guests were made to feel special which is very rare in the Hospitality industry. Looking forward to visiting the Hotel on my next visit to Miramar, Goa.

Location is very convenient to go to the beach, Dona Paula etc. But approach road is very bad. Rooms are comfortable spacious, reasonably clean. Toilets are good, except for a peculiar smell. Room service, reception are good, helpful. BUT when check out they may simply try to take extra money from you saying the bath linen are damaged, even though there may be some stain. The night duty reception staff may simply try to take you for a ride. Room rent over priced, not justified. Restaurant is good. Most staff are good.

Location - The hotel location is good (not fancy). Few key places are nearby & walkable. That makes a world of a difference. ||Hotel - Overall, the hotel is basic. Nothing fancy. It has all the basics you need. Goo & clean room. All bathroom amenities. A good breakfast.||Breakfast - The complimentary breakfast is good with all basic options present.||Room - Room is good & clean. I got one with a balcony so I could enjoy the cold breeze at night. The kettle seemed outdated & old. I had issues with hot water at night despite housekeeping trying to fix it. They did offer me a hot water bucket. Later on, found out that there was a communication gap & that hot water would have been available if I had kept the tap running for 20-25 mins (this issue comes up at late night due to cold weather outside). They did sincerely try to fix it. However, the hotel manager later did communicate the exact scenario & that's when I realized it wasn't a hotel problem, but more of a communication gap from the housekeeping person in the night shift.|Bathroom amenities were from Biotique. So, those are good quality.||Restaurant - I had lunch at the restaurant & the food was very good.||I rated the hotel 4 starts for the return at that price point.
