Surya Kiran Heritage Hotel

The hotel was good, offering a comfortable stay with decent amenities. It is located in a very convenient and pleasant area, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. While the overall experience was satisfactory, there are some areas that could benefit from improvement. However, the location certainly adds value to the stay, as it offers easy access to key spots in the area.

Great service, friendly staff. Amenities like pool, showers, and patio are good, and the architecture/decoration is beautiful, especially common areas and the cafe. A genuinely glamorous experience. I wish I could have spent more time enjoying the hotel!

Just had a couple of nights here, excellent stay, rooms very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic.|A few beers in the afternoon/ early evening and food in the restaurant, highly recommended.|All staff were welcoming and couldn't do enough to ensure we had a great stay.|If we are ever back in Panjim we will be using this place again

Definitely coming again !!! A well preserved work of art I should say . This hotel is a really well maintained old Portugese style house which is extremely beautiful. The location is also perfect with trees around and not too much noise. Parking is also available and easy.

The Heritage side of the hotel really lived up to expectation, however that is the best I can say about this hotel. |On opening the balcony doors of our superior room number 103, I found it was directly next to the restaurant. Following early cocktails and dinner( which was fine), due to travelling we were tired and decided to relax and read in our room. There was live music on in the restaurant and it was so loud, we couldn't concentrate on reading. We asked for the music to be turned down 3 times, but to no avail. Luckily it stopped around 10.30, but the noise from the restaurant and kids running around the hotel continued until well after midnight. I feel that we should have been alerted to the proximity of the restaurant and also that there was to be music.|Next morning we had breakfast. What a shambles. It was awful. We only got some of what we ordered, and the poached eggs were either rock hard or uncooked.|We were due to stay two nights but we cancelled the second night. What a disappointment.

Extremely delightful stay, pandhari bhaiya is very helpful and so is everyone else at the restaurant and the resort. The rooms are extremely well equipped and vintage. The property is charming and the greenery adds to it's unique beauty. The surrounding area has a market and it's very close to the casinos and five star restaurants. Must order the nachos and avocado toast, very good portions and prices are reasonable based on the area.

Nice place. Good fast service and we enjoyed a nice vegetarian brunch there. Overall a nice experience. Do visit. Reasonable rates and nice atmosphere too. It's an old converted Goan home. . Comfortable and close enough to Panjim yet away from all the noise. The other places nearby were only opening at noon. We wanted brunch at around 11:15 am . So we went here. And they were open, helpful and courteous. And didn't disappoint. Yes I'd recommend them ..

Perfect place to stay in Goa. House and restaurant / bar staff were all wonderful. Right off the parade route for Mardi Gras, you can sit in the shade of your private porch and watch it roll by 50 meters away, or walk out for a closer look. Several cabbies just parked nearby if you need to go further away than you can walk. Beaches and several good food options nearby. 10/10
