The rooms are well-maintained, and the location is absolutely fantastic. The service is reasonably good, but the food leaves much to be desired. Not only is it overpriced, but it also lacks quality and flavor. For a better dining experience, consider visiting Goan Room on the same road--they serve excellent food. You can enjoy your stay here while dining there for a more satisfying experience.

Firstly it's definitely a 4 star hotel!We had a traditional goan room with large terrace overlooking the gardens pool and out to the private beach which we enjoyed especially at sunset. The staff were very helpful and the restaurant offered a varied breakfast with north and South Indian options including western style food. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly We highly recommend a stay at Prainha short distance from Panjim at the foot steps of Dona Paula.

The place is really nice, and the food was perfect unique and delicious. However, the behavior of the cottage staff (especially the watchman and workers) was very rude. Despite confirming our prior booking and re-confirming on arrival, they kept coming repeatedly, saying the area was reserved and questioning us. It felt very disrespectful and uncomfortable, especially since we were there for a birthday. We were also told not to click pictures as taking pictures will charge extra money, which was never mentioned earlier. If you have such restrictions, please manage it before confirming bookings. The restaurant staff, on the other hand, was polite and professional. Just disappointed with the treatment from the cottage side.

It is very nice resort. Services are good. Food is good. Location is good. Had attached beach that gives you reasons to hang around swimming pool n beach more often with a beautiful bar come restaurant serving you all the time.

Prainha Resort by the Sea is nothing short of a tropical paradise, and it served as the perfect venue for my friend's wedding. Nestled in a serene and picturesque location by the beach, this resort offers a seamless blend of tranquility and elegance. From the moment you step in, the lush greenery and breathtaking views of the sea captivate you. The resort's architecture, with its Portuguese charm, exudes warmth and sophistication. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed to offer comfort with a touch of luxury. Waking up to the sound of waves and a view of the sea was truly magical. The staff deserves special mention for their hospitality. They were attentive, courteous, and ensured that every detail was flawlessly executed. The resort also offers excellent amenities for guests, including a serene infinity pool overlooking the sea and easy access to the beach. The tranquil ambiance made it a relaxing retreat.

Overall. The place and hotel is beautiful overlooking the beach but there not much activity to do. The food and breakfast options are very poor. The ACs don't work properly. There is no lift in the hotel. Staff is hesitant to provide adequate bathing towels, tissues, hangers and ironing board.

Prainha Resort hosted a wedding of friends of ours. We spend two amazing days at the resort (did not stay as guests but rather stayed at a hotel close by). The view at the sea is amazing here. The food was great and service from the staff was very good.

The ambience of the resort is great and the location simply amplifies it. Very much satisfied with the service. Each and every staff was helpful and well behaved. Wish to revisit in future.
