O Pescador An Indy Resort

The property has a lot of potential, but the experience was a mix of highs and lows. Pros: 1. The view is absolutely stunning. The sunsets and direct beach access are truly the highlight here--easily a 5/5 for the location alone. 2. Easy to reach, with convenient access to the Dona Paula Jetty. 3. The executive sea room offers a better experience, mainly due to the breathtaking view (4.5/5). Cons: .1. Water pressure in the bathroom was poor, which was frustrating. 2. Service is extremely slow. Room service took ages, and even small requests like two extra glasses were treated as chargeable extras 3.The mini fridge was empty and the TV didn't work, making them essentially decorative. 4. The food was average--definitely room for improvement (3/5). 5. The pool looked greenish, so we skipped it. Room ratings: Pool View: 3/5 Sea view: 4.5/5 Housekeeping: 4/5 Room Service: 2.5/5 Overall Service: 3/5 In summary, stay here for the view and beach access, but manage your expectations when it comes to service and amenities.

We booked a suite. The room was quite big and spacious. There was a beautiful king size bed with sofa, chairs, etc. The condition of the room was good. It was neat and clean. But the bathroom was disappointing. The water flow of the jet was very low and the drainage system was also clogged. Water was passing very slowly while bathing. But the view was mesmerizing. The private beach access was also amazing. The sitting area near the beach was wonderful. It's the best option for relaxing holidays. The restaurant needs AC. It was very hot. The food is average. There was very less options for the veg items. Kindly include more variety in the veg items. Staffs behaviour was good and helpful. There are lots of stairs, so if anyone has knee joint pain then it will be little bit difficult for them. Our overall experience was good, would like to visit again if the little flaws are rectified.

We recently stayed at this hotel and it exceeded all my expectations! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and stunning views. The amenities, including the pool and spa, were top-notch. The location was ideal, close to major attractions yet peaceful. Dining at the hotel restaurant was a delight, with delicious food and excellent service. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, ensuring a memorable stay. I can't recommend this hotel enough - it truly deserves a perfect 10/10! I'll definitely be back!

Amazing location , private beach. Resort is amazing with beautiful ambience. Start at this location was to good. We could take pics and enjoy moment. Staff is helpful and food was also good Would love to recommend to others as well. Great location in Goa

Just returned from our 33 day stay at the O Pescador and it didn't disappoint in fact just confirms how much we have missed this place over the past year. It is like coming home, the staff are all wonderful they make this place!||Check in was very quick as the staff had message us beforehand and asked for documentation they needed so we could just flop into bed. What a welcome to behold us in the room Flowers, snacks, cookies, and a wonderful framed photo of us! What can I say but a massive thank you!||This is a 3* hotel so I have based my review on that basis. ||Pros |At breakfast there is now a live cooking station in the restaurant. All different kinds of omelettes, fried eggs, poached, chicken sausages etc. Lovely addition to the breakfast experience.||WiFi is so much better than last year. Our room ( harbour view) we couldn't get any wifi in our room only outside on the balcony. This year each room has a box fitted for wifi.||The staff make this hotel. It might be a 3* but you get 5* service from the gardeners ( who work tirelessly in that heat!) to the operators manager. They are so friendly and if you ask for something they will do there upmost best to get for you. Now that is top notch service for you!||Hotel put on an event for the Festival of Colours. Music, food and laughter loved it! Thank you. ||The beach was cleaner as well. The hotel do clean the beach every day which is lovely to see.||The food! We had a lot of food in the hotel this year and I can say every meal was delicious. Thank you chef Peter and staff.||Shout out for the gardeners. They work constantly and the gardens are beautiful. Even cutting lawns with gardening shears! ||Cons||The hotel does need a much needed makeover. The rooms are tired and do need renovating. The staff try their best with cleaning etc but they are fighting a losing battle. There are plans this year for renovations so hopefully it will look its best for 2026.||Pool. Again the pool is aging. Tiles missing or crack. It never looks clean but I know it is cleaned every day as I used to wait until he had cleaned it before I swam in the mornings. ||Sun-beds! They do need more sun-beds and umbrellas. They had one more umbrella than last year which made a total of 4. When you have European guests they need sun-beds. There are 22 rooms so should have 44 sun beds and 22 umbrellas. Some weeks we were fighting for beds and some people had to sit on chairs. Even if they are plastic sun beds that are easy stackable |Is better than none! ||Toilets! I am hoping that when the rooms are getting updated maybe plans for a block of toilets by the pool to be erected. One toilet for guests and staff is not enough! ||Overall though we love this place, the best place in the world for us. We hope to be back in the near future when the renovations are finished. We had a unique experience at O Pescador staying in harbour facing rooms, which are located amidst houses of local residents. The ocean views are breathtaking. The pool overlooking the beach was one of the highlight of the place with lots of greenery. We also enjoyed walking on a small beach (Dias) adjacent to the property. The food is excellent and the staff are very warm and friendly. The harbour rooms though beautiful are a bit secluded from the main property.

The beach resort offered a relaxing and picturesque getaway with stunning ocean views. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, perfect for unwinding. The on-site amenities, including pools and dining options, were top-notch. Overall, it was an idyllic escape for relaxation.

The walls are very rustic.thr screens were torn.lighting in room not adequate. Toilet was not cleaned properly. If you charge me 15000 per night for such a poor setup I ain't coming back. Only pro is the sea side view and private beach.
