Novotel Goa Panjim

We didn't stay at the hotel, but visited their Food Exchange restaurant for dinner.|The restaurant is huge and very modern, but was devoid of customers whilst we were there from 8 to 10pm. It was also quite chilly which didn't help with the ambiance, and we had to ask them to turn down the aircon. |Service was very pleasant from the beginning, and became almost too effusive when I revealed myself as an Accor silver card holder. |The menu was quite interesting, with a lot of fusion food. We started with a shared dish of lotus sweet and sour, which was exactly that. I followed with a gado gado salad which, whilst not quite authentic, was very tasty and beautifully presented. My husband had a veggie burger which he liked. We both enjoyed our desserts although hubby found the chocolate sauce on his brownie a bit cloying. I fared better with my cheesecake served with a passion fruit sorbet. Whilst he stuck with water, I had a Berry Mocktail which was delicious. |As you would expect, prices are no cheap but the food was generally very good. If only there was a bit more buzz!

The most comfiest stay I ever came across. The food services the vibe with background soft music . Thier services are best. So neat and clean areas. All over atmosphere is on the top. Amenities are various Recommending to everyone. Thank you for your lovely service

Good hotel for short stay, especially if you're there for work. It's location is in the heart of the business district. If you're in a holiday then all the beaches & party places are slightly far. If interested in Casinos then also your at the right place. Rooms are small but do have a small balcony, but no view. It's pretty well equipped with all the necessary stuff. The service is good by all departments. Special mention for Mr. Glen at the Front Desk, for his professional & courteous service. He handled few issues very promptly & successfully. In the Resturants, host Ms. Konkana is great at her work. She takes good care of the guests & their requirements. Overall a decent experience .

My stay at Novotel Goa Panjim was truly amezing, i stayed for two nights it was very good. Breakfast buffet spread and quality is excellent. Food was exceptional and the staff behaviour was very good. Rahul was very professional with his service and floor incharge debasis and kankana take care of each and every detail.overall great experience.

The ambiance of the hotel was delightful, and the food quality was simply outstanding. A special thanks to the chef, who was not only talented but also incredibly polite and kind. The restaurant staff went above and beyond, serving from the heart and ensuring that every meal was perfect. They checked on us regularly, making sure we were comfortable and happy--a level of service that truly made us feel special. ....The front office (amazing staff)team was also incredibly kind and patient with us, and we truly appreciate their warm assistance. Apologies for constantly forgetting our room key--we're grateful for their understanding! Our friends absolutely loved the rooms, which were spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The pool was also a great spot to relax and unwind. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and we are truly grateful to the entire team at Novotel Goa Panjim for making our stay so memorable. Fantastic service, excellent food, very nice rooms. The location is also perfect, easy to reach all parts of Panaji from the hotel.||The restaurant in particular is perfect. Don't miss the Saraswat lunch, which while heavy, is just perfect.||The tapas place in the first floor is also excellent.||I'll definitely stay here again. World class hotel in the heart of Goa.

I had a great time in this hotel.|My stay was amezing as well as the staff from service was very courteous. Well mannered. Service from Rahul and Naong was really amezing. Kankana was good taken care of us. Rooms are clean and good. Everything was on point.
