Metropolis Business Hotel

Cheap and cunning guys operate this hotel. Rooms are very small , you can hardly walk around the room, looks like they made two rooms out of one room. Bedsheets of the previous guest are not changed if they look clean, you will have to look closely to notice that. And there is a mosque upstairs and hundreds of people take the same lift to reach the mosque. I felt suffocated and dirty there. And they give discounts for writing 5 star reviews when checking out at the reception, I didn't fall into that trap.

These Hotel is very best and budget friendly hotel, with a good view and peace location.. The services was outstanding at evening while check in by Reception team - Shanawaj Alam I also loved the messages they have put in the rooms Food from lucky restaurant was awesome and yummy. We had check out at 10 am but after requesting team to keep our luggage at reception as our bus to mumbai was at 5 pm. They help us a lot.

The hotel staff is very kind and honest. One of our member has forgotten his gold chain in the room during check out but Sultan (one of the staff member) promptly reached out to us to return the chain. Thank you team for a wonderful experience..

Highly recommended for solo travelers, families, or groups of friends.||||The property owner, Mr. Asrar, is incredibly humble, soft-spoken, and always ready to assist with helpful guidance. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, and the property is well-maintained. Rooms are spotless and comfortable--I stayed in the Emerald suite, which was spacious and well-equipped.||||The staff are very accommodating and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. The location is ideal, with several great restaurants nearby, including an excellent snack shop. If I return to Goa, this property will undoubtedly be my first choice! Totally worth it!

Not value for money at all. We stayed at this hotel for two days and had a mixed experience. While the rooms were clean, there were several issues with basic amenities and services. On the first day, we stayed in the Jade Room, which was extremely small and located right next to the reception. It lacked privacy as we could hear every discussion happening at the reception desk. Basic bathroom amenities were not provided, and when we asked, they kept asking us to specify what we needed, instead of offering a complete set upfront. On the second day, we upgraded to the Sapphire Room, expecting better facilities as shown on the website. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. There was no lift available on our floor, the WiFi didn't work at all, and the sofa shown in the pictures turned out to be available only in one specific Sapphire Room, which was misleading. Additionally, the hotel does not have a restaurant, which made dining inconvenient. The only positives were that the rooms were clean and the hotel's location was convenient, being near the market. However, the lack of basic amenities and the misleading descriptions significantly impacted our stay. I would recommend this hotel only for those looking for a short, budget-friendly stay and who don't mind the absence of advertised amenities.
