Stayed here for 5 days, service and food is top notch.Food tastes homemade and is absolutely delicious. Overall, it's a good stay - especially because of the food and location.

We had booked for a wedding shoot and it was the best in Panjim for the price we paid. Manoj was really helpful in planning our locations for shoot. Food , rooms and service awesome....

Room services provided by owner is very good, location also nice, casino is walkable

Located in clean calm locality with beautiful Portuguese style houses. But its not like standard hotel located on just the top floor (3rd or 4th) of a building. We had tough time locating the reception which also was in the top floor. Clean adequate size room and large clean bathroom (may be because we were in the last room).

We stayed 4days 3 family' the hotel staffs are good hospitality very nice food they prepare fresh near by casino walkable distance i recommend this is good hotel budget friendly

Located at the portuguse colony. All major beaches are distant from here except casino. Cost is less. Service is good. Vehicles available for rent.
