Hotel Alekhya Suites

From the moment I arrived at alekhya suites. I felt welcomed and comfortable.the hotel was impeccable clean and the room were spacious and well equipped. The staff especially at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

A terrible experience. Felt highly over paid for the experience we got Good part: The staff was courteous. While checking in, they mentioned that free breakfast was only checked for just one room, but they offered free breakfast for the other room too. This courteous notion was delightful. Bad part: Plenty. 1. The room wasn't clean. 2. curtain was hanging at one end as it looked like the bar was broken. One room boy came in and tied that end with a rope so the curtain can stay safe without falling down. 3. A/C was leaking water in the bedroom and water everywhere. Again, had to get a room boy come in and do some tinkering for the leak to stop 4. Bath towels (all of them) had some mud dot marks here or there. It was disgusting to use them. 5. The bathroom had a open hole in the wall (it looks like the exhaust fan stayed there before). We requested the team to fix a fan or close it. They said yes, but it wasn't done till the date we left 6. Worst of all, we used to get a strong cigarette-smoking smell in the room, especially in the evening. We think, the smell was coming in through the open hole in the bathroom, as all the bathroom exhaust is facing to the same area and someone in the building smoking in the bathroom at that time. We complained about this, but nothing happened. 7. First day, the internet was shaky. None of our devices could connect to it. Not even the TVs in the room. Again, had to complain many times, and at one point had to raise the voice a bit to get that resolved. 8. TVs had a set top box connected to them but all those subscriptions were expired. When asked, they mentioned who use set top box now a days. Overall: It was not even close to what we expected for the amount we paid. In no way, it can be rated as a 4-start stay. While the property itself was good - big rooms, good entertainment area etc - it is horribly managed.

The rooms are decent and tidy, offering a comfortable stay. However, the experience is dampened by the rude behavior of the reception staff, which affects the overall hospitality. Parking facilities are available, which is convenient for guests. The pricing, however, feels steep compared to the rooms and amenities provided. While the stay is manageable, better service and value for money would improve the experience significantly.

The bathroom is cramped, and one of the balconies lacks curtains, offering zero privacy as anyone from the roadside can see inside. Unless you're on the higher floors, don't expect a sea view--most rooms offer a view of garbage. Room service is non-existent, so even for a simple cup of tea, you'll have to walk to the dining hall. This location is also isolated, accessed via a narrow road far from the main road, making commuting inconvenient. Despite complaining and getting our room changed, the manager harassed us the very next day, insisting we return to the original room. He constantly called on the landline and knocked on the door, disrupting any chance of rest. After a heated discussion, he reluctantly let us stay another day in the changed room. This experience ruined our Goa trip, especially since I had taken my parents along, hoping for a relaxing holiday. Alekhya Suites was a complete waste of money and a massive disappointment. Save your time, money, and mood by booking somewhere else.

Worst service ever!!! After paying a premium....No water to bath, no hot water in cottage rooms since morning They could not fix the problem! This guy came with empty bucket and later came later with two tiny buckets when we were about to check out by 11.45 Dirty bedsheets, they changed after multiple requests, Broken table in balcony, no one brothered to change even after telling them

We stayed in a cottage two floors below the basement, accessible only by stairs after the lift ends. Passing through the bar and pool area to reach the rooms was inconvenient and unpleasant. 2. **No Privacy**: The cottages are made of wood, and we could hear noises and even smell odors from the neighboring rooms. One balcony had no curtains, leaving us exposed to anyone on the roadside. 3. **No Proper Views**: Only higher floors offer sea views. The rest of the rooms, including ours, faced garbage dumps. 4. **Stressful Environment**: Instead of a relaxing vacation, we had a stressful stay. While the receptionist helped us change rooms initially, the manager repeatedly pressured us to return to the previous room.
