"DDHYANA" - The Wellness Centre and Resort

Beautiful and cozy place. They allowed me to check in much earlier than 3pm. My room had a balcony. Restaurant area has a great atmosphere and outside has a small nice pateo if you want to sit and enjoy. The lady responsible was very polite. They accept card payment and have a luggage room if you want to leave your things for a while after check out. Also very quiet, can't hear whatever it was going outside.

Such a good place to visit n relax and to maintain the diet! Things are organised greatly, keeping the points in mind for relaxation. Very good place in canteen area well organised with small garden in a sitting area. I'm a instructor of beauty and wellness subject. N I visited with the students from school. Staffs are very nice, very supportive! N manager Mr.Karan himself Explain the things with a smiling face without getting bored and infact made us laugh in between it was appreciable sir! Had a great time with the Dr. Shilpa with the demo of sound healing, and other female staff specialist of ayurvedic therapies was very kind and gave us true knowledge of therapies. Thank you for yours time from bottom of my heart I think this was just a perfect wellness centre I have been till now in my entire field visit in Goa It's just a top rated place go n try it right now .

I had an amazing experience here! Sujith and Gaurav was very skilled and attentive, knowing exactly when to adjust the pressure to make it comfortable. I left feeling so much more relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend!!

Feeling absolutely rejuvenated after an incredible Ayurvedic massage at Ddhyana Wellness Centre! The massage therapy by therapist Anu was amazing, she is truly gifted. They use ayurvedic oils from Kerala which melts away every knot and tension. Highly recommended.

Came for massage after delivery of my baby and I cannot praise Anu enough for helping me feel so much stronger than before. In just 3-4 sessions over 40 days, I have had significant weight loss and gained muscle strength. All thanks to the excellent massage Anu has given me with postpartum specific oils. The massage rooms are superbly equipped with facilities for post massage steam and bath also available. Coming to the cafe after the relaxing massage has become a ritual and we love everything that we tried from the menu. Satvic, fresh and super refreshing. All in all, an excellent experience every-time.

Didn't stay here but came for a full body massage from Ms Anu. The experience was excellent and so was the service. Felt extremely relaxed after it. If you're in Goa, please don't miss this experience!

I stayed here hoping for a peaceful hotel experience near Panaji but was left disappointed. 1. Shoe Policy: Upon arrival, I was asked to remove my shoes, which felt awkward for a commercial hotel. Walking barefoot through a dirty lift to my room was uncomfortable. 2. Room Issues: * The bathroom door didn't close properly. I reported this just an hour after check-in, but my request for a room change was refused. I didn't pursue it further as I had activities planned. * The room lacked a TV, though the wall mount and sockets were still visible. The mattress was uncomfortable. Only the AC and hot water worked well. 3. Breakfast: Very minimal--half a banana, half an apple, and two small dosas. I expected a proper buffet like other hotels. This place seems to cut corners under the guise of "yoga and wellness." While it may appeal to those seeking a specific retreat experience, for a typical hotel stay, it's poorly managed. Wouldn't recommend unless you're okay with basic amenities and subpar service, I paid 4.5k for a basic room and I didn't have high expectations, yet I am disappointed. 3/10 from me.

I feel like I just stayed with a cult. The thing about this property is if you don't raise any eyebrows (I am a short haired tall woman travelling solo, so I did that straight away by just being me), you'd never see their ugly side. But if you raise a single eyebrow, you'd have to face a lot of hostility. While I understand the high rating of this place, my stay at Ddhyana left a very bad taste in my mouth. I felt scared and threatened the entire time I stayed there. Pros: good location, spacious rooms. Cons: The staff tells a lot of lies constantly, about the facilities, rates etc. and can be very very brash. On my second day, while leaving for work, I sprinted down the stairs and left, not realising that I had forgotten to take my shoes off (there's a no shoes policy within the property). That night, I arrived and found that someone had entered my room in my absence, and taken my AC remote which was sitting on my bedside table (I have photos). I looked everywhere and could barely sleep that night knowing that someone entered my room in my absence. Made me feel super scared as a solo female traveler. Confronted them the next morning, upon which the receptionist's leg started shaking violently while he denied any wrongdoing. Then went on to tell me "you were wearing your shoes yesterday when you left, the owner saw you". I apologised and requested for my remote back and it reappeared as magically as it had disappeared the night before. Last night in the property, I had a female friend of mine stay over. We had come back late from work and had to leave early in the morning. And we were prepared to pay the extra charges (normal hotel policy to charge for additional guests). However, instead of speaking to us normally, they got a bouncer to threaten us and demand the money. We paid Ofcourse but it ruined both our day. I don't think I am ever going back there. I'll rather pay a premium for a better property that makes me feel welcome.
