had the pleasure of staying at Cidade de Goa - Taj, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hospitality was impeccable--every staff member was warm, courteous, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.||The property itself is stunning, blending old-world charm with modern luxury. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and offered breathtaking views of the sea. Every detail, from cleanliness to in-room amenities, was thoughtfully curated.||A highlight of our stay was the amazing food at Laranja. The variety, presentation, and flavors were outstanding, and every meal was a treat. The ambiance and service at the restaurant made the experience even more enjoyable.||The overall dining experience across the property was excellent, with something to suit every palate. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the staff truly made us feel at home.||The beach access and recreational facilities added the perfect balance of relaxation and activity. Whether lounging by the pool or enjoying a peaceful walk by the shore, every moment felt special.||A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Cidade de Goa - Taj for creating such a memorable and enjoyable experience. Cidade de Goa is an old property currently managed by the Taj group along with an adjacent property called the Horizon. The Heritage is the one with direct beach access and the beach is literally steps away. It also appeared safe for swimming and the guide ropes at one end of the beach is a thoughtful addition. We were upgraded to a king premier with beach/sea view and a small sit out, and were grateful for the upgrade. During our stay, we had our meals at Laranja, the buffet restaurant, and found the spread to be varied and acceptable. We also had a meal at Cafe Azul and found the view, ambience and the food very nice. we also used the BLD restaurant at the Horizon, and it was a great experience in terms of the view and the service.

Service is amazing. Taj is unbeatable when it comes to customer relation. Staff is good and polite. Location is great, they have a private beach, though they don't allow guests on it beyond 9pm. As compared to my other accommodation at Lalit Golf and Spa in south goa where they allow guests till 11pm. Other than that i have nothing to complain about. They have plenty of options and restaurants if you want to have meals at the property, and also in room dinning service is superb, they also have after midnight menu for it too. This was my first time and would definitely visit again. My parents are a regular here and now i know why they don't want to stay anywhere else in Goa. 5 out of 5 for me.

We stayed at Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage for 2 nights this May. We were a group of 12 and chose this property for its proximity to the beach. The view from our sea view rooms was absolutely beautiful and the way we were received and made to feel comfortable had a very good first impression on us. We were fortunate to celebrate my son's birthday here and Ms. Nikita took it upon herself to make all the arrangements and was there with her entire team for the cake cutting.I would like to thank Mr. Iqbal and Mangesh for the room decor and Mr.Ruben, Chef Komal and Shailee for the delicious chocolate cake. It was indeed a memorable birthday for my son and we left the property with a lot of wonderful memories. Would definitely want to visit this property again and would recommend it for ur stay in Goa.

The location is just amazing. Sea view room is a good investment. Some light in the room in the morning, some disturbance from nearby rooms (slamming doors). Heritage wing has a charm of its own.||Someone came at 8:45 am to give us water. We didn't ask for it. |Someone came at 10:40 to check on MiniBar. We have no idea why. |Rahool + the Bar managers at Azul and the outdoor bar were really warm showcasing Taj ethos. The rest, unsure. |No welcome drink. Room wasn't ready at 3. We asked if there was buffet at lunch, no one called back. |Rahool at Laranja was classic Taj staff. Bar managers at Azul and outdoor were also smart and knowledgeable.

We were absolutely pampered by the staff from the get go. Our room was upgraded, the food at the property was excellent and they gave us complementary dessert with all meals we had at the restaurant, there was direct beach access from the property, the beach itself was clean, the swimming pool had the most perfect temperature. In short, it exceeded our expectations.

It takes about 45 mins to reach from dabolim airport and 75 mins from Mopa airport. Property has heritage wing and more modern rooms as well. Private beach is huge plus. Very peaceful compared to outside crowds, My room was sea facing. Two swimming pools, food top class, Taj hospitality legendary. Nothing to complain about. Panjim city area is nearby. This place is quiet pocket amidst city's hustle. Loved it
