DoubleTree by Hilton Goa - Panaji

We planned to spend our family vacation at double tree hilton at Panaji. The hotel is at a serene place near mandaki river and the hotel facilities are awesome like infitinty pool, games room, biking and nice gym. Reception was easy and smooth with experts like Diaa, bulbul. Room housekeeping guy is Faiz who is innovative and made lots of arts which I shared with hilton team as well as to my relatives. Very good one. About dining. This is fantastic . Kudos to Raghib who is quick and understands the preferences quickly and gets it done. He is awesome. Priyanshu , though he is new to the job but so artistic and learnt quickly with nice blending of mocktails. He is great. Other folks who are so courteous and happy to get the support like Ella, Ellie, jeetu and Nitesh. They converse well and help in all ways to make the stay pleasant.

We had a fantastic experience during our stay. The hospitality shown by the staff was exceptional--they truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable at all times.||A special thank you to Mr. Kunal, who kindly arranged rooms close to the lift for my elderly parents. The reception team, activity coordinator Yogita, and Pratimesh (who shared some great mocktail tips!) all added such a personal touch to our experience.||The restaurant staff were equally warm and attentive, ensuring every meal was pleasant. There are too many amazing team members to name individually, but please accept our heartfelt thanks for making our stay so special.||This property is highly recommended, especially for families--there are plenty of activities to keep children entertained too. Looking forward to visiting again!

A Truly Wonderful Stay at DoubleTree by Hilton, Panaji!||||From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The warm cookie at check-in is such a sweet touch--literally! The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a stunning view of the river and lush greenery.||||The staff was incredibly courteous and helpful, always going the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The pool area was serene, and the food at the restaurant was delicious with a great variety.||||A perfect blend of comfort, nature, and luxury--highly recommended for a peaceful getaway in Goa!||||A special mention to Yogita, Jay, and Priya--they were all very humble, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. Their warm and courteous service made us feel truly valued and at home.

We had a wonderful short stay at this hotel and will definitely go back. The property is beautiful and well maintained. What stood out for us was the exceptionally warm and caring service. Every staff member we interacted with had a smile on their face and went out of their way to make our stay special. Special mentions for Ragini, Haseena, Ananya and Anirudh at the front desk; Narayan the bellhop; Chandan, Jai, Priya and Ella at the Comida Restaurant. I am a Hilton Honors member and have stayed at|many world-class Hilton Hotels but truly the service at this Goa hotel was something I have never encountered before.

Been at this hotel for 3 days, nice service, excellent food and Nehal from the executive lounge is a gem of a person. A personalised service just beyond my expectation. Keep it up. The river view is breath taking with birds singing in the morning. Will definitely come again.

My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were all so kind and helpful. We were travelling with two young children and the staff could not be more friendly or welcoming with them. They went out of their way to make the children feel comfortable and catered for - including preparing food for them that wasn't too spicy! The pool was fantastic with a stunning view and special mention should go to the play room, softplay apparatus and outdoor playground. All were used and enjoyed by the kids and we were so pleased to have picked a hotel that offered these facilities for families. They really made a positive impact. Thank you to all the staff. We will definitely visit again.

Great! Hotel away from the crowd and traffic. ||||The hotel has a casino which is a plus. ||||The staff is very courteous and welcoming. ||||Nice infinity pool with a view of madovi river. ||||The person who took my check-in deserves a special mention. Will visit again and recommend to all.

The resort and rooms are very nice, and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. However, I would like to suggest an improvement to the hotel management--why is there an extra charge of 200 for the pool table? In a five-star property, such amenities are typically included for guests. This additional fee doesn't seem reasonable. Also, the food is average and could be improved.
