This place is Good.. Superb service.. Lovely staffs. Yummy food and one of the warmest welcome. Plz visit this place whenever u visit Goa. Mr Pravin ( manager ) he is best man to tell you what to do and help you in every condition. I suggest you to ask for praveen before you ask for a room. The place is well equiped with swimming pool and present in heart of south goa.10/10 Vishal

Nice place for Birthday parties and celebrations. It has a pool to chill out.Also the area is away from city noise.

Great place ! Property is at a walkable distance from the main road. Peaceful location. Warm, welcoming & helpful staff. Spacious room with balcony. It has an extra room, smaller in size with large gliding windows( pool view) for dining or relaxation. Loved the pyramid shaped ceiling! Super comfortable bed. Spacious & clean bathroom. However, Conveyence may not be easily available. (So,get your own or the Property should be able to arrange taxi but no autos around). No general store around the vicinity. So come prepared. Nearest beach is around 4-5km, which should not be a deal breaker.

Our two nights stay in this hotel was a treat. Hotel is newly opened. We got big light room with view on the poolside with great shower and big super clean and comfortable bed. Service was great. We really felt welcome. Hotel restaurant serves traditional Indian food of high quality. My vegetarian biriyani was amazing: full of fresh veggies and spices. (Be prepared for spicy dishes.) Next to hotel they are running dorms for backpackers for very reasonable price. Great combination. Garden around hotel is well maintained. Location is away from busy tourist mayhem and you can enjoy birds singing in the morning. But still just a couple of minutes from beaches on the scooter (reception will help you with arranging that).. We truly enjoyed our stay. :)

We stayed here for 4 nights. The rooms are VERY BIG. Comes with balcony, dining room, king size bed, decent bathroom. The staff is extremly courteous. Very humble and plesant, from the cleaner to the management, everyone is polite and smiling. Feels comfortable to approach if one needs anything. Service is prompt and perfect. One bad comment about the entire experience is the cleanliness. We travelled with 2 very lil kids who cannot sit in one place or keep their hands to themselves, so for us cleanliness is of utmost importance. Sad to say that the room is not being thoroughly cleaned. There are cobwebs decorating the canewood furniture. In every corner of the bed, wardrobe, behind doors, in the corners of the bathroom etc... there is dirt and spiders woving their web. The floor made our feet black... meaning the mopping was not done well. Bathroom floor felt slimy or moldy. The swimming pool had a slimy floor and floating dirt... which made us skip the pool after the first day. If not for the cleanliness, this is place is beautiful. Surrounded by trees, lake and few good eateries. The food from the hotel is great too. We had breakfast every morning in the hotel. Yummy and filling. The options for complementary brekkie were limited to omelet, paratha, poha and upma. Poha n upma were not great, so we were left with omelet n parathas. Rohit, the young chap, made amazing ginger tea (chai) for us. Sandesh, not to forget, a very helpful, ever smiling staff. Ever ready to help. They manager, Mr. Pravin even sent his staff to run to a nearby store after 9 to get us lotion and baby diapers FOC. Overall a good stay. Next time I hope i find it more cleaner and suitable. Will surely put up there again with a smile. Update: I read few of the negative comments during the stay in the month Jan 2020, which is the same time when we visited the place. I can safely say those are fake reviews. What actually happened was there were a group of hooligans who tried to take advantage of a nice resort. These guys were drunk and brought some girls to the place in the middle of the night and made so much noise. The resort management tried their best to request them to behave as we (family) occupied 2 other rooms. But they fought back and physically hurt the management, which lead to a bigger havoc and they were asked to vacate the premises. In every possible way to look at it, management only tried to maintain their best for the sake of the villa. There are no snakes or other poisonous creatures roaming the place except for those bunch of hooligans. It seems to be a one off mishap, which is ruining the image of this decent place.

Had an amazing stay at Treebo Water's edge. Beautifully done up interiors. Calm and peaceful surroundings. Well maintained Pool. Restaurant is the main plus with good veg and non veg food. Nikhil is fantastic person who made our stay super comfortable. Helped us with all the local information. Beaches are not to far from the property. Lastly it was true value for money.I will surely recommend this place to my family and friend's. Thanks and will look forward to visit again.

We loved are stay at Water's Edge. The staff is courteous and rooms are clean and very big. Pool is decent and you can order breakfast near pool too. Limited quantity and options offered in Complimentary Breakfast and that is downside. It is in secluded place no tuck shops or restaurants near by but in house restaurant has decent Mughlai food options. Colva, Benaulim, Majorda beaches and Martin's Corner are within 5 kms radius so go for this hotel and enjoy peaceful South Goa ... Property is slightly old in its architecture but gives you a very goan feel. Bathroom has bath tub instead of shower.

Nice place to stay for peace n calm loving people. Stayed 4 days here and everything was just perfect. Clean rooms, Good room service, Humble staff, Delicious food, must try Kareem's Chicken biryani. Overall good experience, I can recommend this place for anybody. I feel The only thig need to improve is pick up drop service, as the hotel location is quite away from main stations.
