Belas Casas by Lohono Stays

We just spent 4 nights here. The property in general is perched on a hill , the views are great literally from every bedroom. It's not meant for people who have accessibility needs as the so called elevator within the villa doesn't work, so my mom who is wheelchair bound could not access the other floors, which wasn't convenient. Hygiene and cleanliness is poorly managed and the service staff is not hospitable. Throughout our stay our bathroom mats were never changed , rooms were thoroughly cleaned only after I sent them an image of how dirty it was. Hospitality of the management is below par. Breakfast was ok , they made it fresh however very slow. Service staff seemed overworked hence didn't seem happy throughout our stay. The WhatsApp team that manages the villa could never make a restaurant reservation for us and claimed it's not available whereas we then found the same reservations on easy diner. Attention to detail and hospitality lacks in this property, but it's really a management issue , IT IS MANAGED POORLY.
