I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect--close to key attractions and easy to get around. I especially loved the breakfast selection and the relaxing ambiance throughout the property. The service was really good. We had a couple of issues with the ac and wash basin. We needed a few things that were done. Was solved right away. It was swift and good. Also food was nice and fresh. Checkin was smooth and fast. All services were well explained.

The vibe of place is so good.The rooms are clean. The staff is helpful and polite. Keep it up. All the best. Food is very tasty. Everything in the room was up to date. We had been here earlier and this is our second visit because we loved it so much.

Let me explain the reason for the ratings: 1. I booked a room for a wrong date and paid the amount. But immediately cancelled it. But till now they have not refunded that amount and no one is responding to WhatsApp messages, Emails and phone calls. Completely unacceptable. 2. Room - While room was sufficiently large, there were cockroaches in side the room. When we showed it to the person who took us to the room laughed off. A/C was not working in the hot day. First time the technician came and fixed some thing in their main A/C unit, but later at night it stopped working again. 3. Service was decent - interestingly I found the main guards and the security staff was more helpful than the front desk. 4. Location is decent with limited parking space. But this experience was good enough for me to decide not to chose Royal Orchid again.

Food is super good. And the stay was very beautiful. Ambiance and swimming pool was very beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much. Front office staffs were very kind Mr. Rakesh and trainee Pavan, Ms. Lisha Ms. Susmitha. And the restaurant are very good. Overall our experience is awesome.

Geeta is very nice employee and hotels are very nice and all staff is so good and awesome or vist this hotel any time in goa. Nice swimming pool and games and activities greenery are so good atmosphere also good location so good nearly calangute beach good

Totally different experience extremely comfortable and as good as feeling at home after being away from Home.|All well went totally all staff at reception restaurant and rooms were with courteous.|Special thanks to Geeta and Babaji|Wil surely visit again
