Motel La Grande - Goa

The, hotel did not maintain basic hygiene, I had the worst experience, also the rooms pictured on MMT and in actuality were entirely different, no cleanliness, no bedsheets were changed after the checkout of the previous guest in the same room, not even the complimentary water or tea were provided, inspects were flying in the room, washroom condition was horrible. Overall I had the worst experience ever.

Worst experience, very poor service, poor cleaning, poor rooms and very poor staff talking method. They even dunt know basic things in hotel service. Ac not working, changing rooms and almost all rooms ac not working. Dirty smoke and rat smell all over. Waste of money.

If you want to spoil your goa trip then go to this motel. Firstly the AC was not working, there was a water leakage in the room, when i come back from the beach, the water was everywhere, We requested to change the room, they denied and told us they will clean the room. Even after trying to repair the AC for 5 hrs they finally gave us the new room. They dont have the basic amenities, like towel, soap, chair. Lastly they dont have power back up, I was staying there for 5 days, and everyday for 3 hrs there was no electricity. I wasn't having any other option because I paid in advance. But you have option to go to other hotel.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The representative was extremely arrogant, which made the stay unpleasant. Despite charging Rs. 1700 per night, the rooms were in terrible condition--definitely not worth the price. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Rooms not bad but complimentary food limit only 90 rupees per person so that's not enough, not fit for family

Very Unhygienic Room,And AC also not working properly they didn't provide Breakfast even we have booked room with breakfast also I don't recommend the hotel pls don't consider.

Worst receptionist ever. Firstly, he being non Goan doesn't know how to handle local when we went to Inquire about the rooms availability for my cousin. Place is awesome but the receptionist is disrespectful. And who wears a cap with long hair n beard with some tobacco in his mouth speaks to the guests.

Do not book such pathetic hotel, I booked the same online from Agoda and discussed with hotel management for booking confirmation and they confirmed booking, but once I reach hotel for checkin, I have been informed by the Hotel management that rooms are not available! I got shocked although hotel staff informed that rooms are available for online booking but hotel manager was so Unethical and informed that room is not available hence I have checked some other hotel nearby and moved from their. As I feel that this is cheating with customer and given this review to save future visitors. Also the hotel entry is so bad and hotel pics shown online are totally different. Also we visited room and found that rooms are dirty and not at least like 1 star hotel where they have shown this hotel as 3 star. Please note the concern and book better hotel and do not come under trap of Motel La Grande.
