Government residency with government attitude receptionists ( if you call them tat) Mannerless to the core. The worst reception I have ever seen in my 67 yrs. life. Waiters too are government worker ( hope you understand wat I mean) The worst hotel n it's reception I have come across. Goa tourism should do something about this hotel, which was once a very good tourist hotel.... VERY SAD N ANGRY TOO....tat this hotel is in my GOA..... PLEASE VISIT THIS HOTEL TO CHECK ATTITUDE, BUT "DON'T STAY IN IT EVER".

Worst place.The room walls are moist and unhealthy.Staff is very uncooperative. I had to cancel my booking after check in because of the conditions and send numerous mails to the customer service and management.No response ...Absolute silence. I can't understand why a company like Booking.com has to tie up with such hotels

Unfortunately I gave the hotel another chance thought it was a once off where my experience was bad the last time. But this time it was even worse. Walls were damp with fungus. Electrical fittings were hanging loose. The ceiling plaster was falling and seemed dangerous when your bed is right below it. This hotel should shut down as the rates are market rate but service worse than a domitory.

Worst Hospitality service ever, prefer staying out on streets instead. The local shopkeepers are more friendly and understanding than the staff at this place.

Horrible rooms, very hard foul smell in all rooms, don't prefer this even if they give it for free. You will definitely leave with some kind of breathing issues. We had to leave the room as we couldn't bare that smell. Hotel team is very rude and arrogant, finally ralized that it is Goa tourism managed hotel, so nobody cares about anything....better avoid this hotel..

The experience over a period of time has been reducing. This time I had booked rooms for my parents for a couple of days where the room service didn't bother to attend to any queries. There were no cloth hangers in the closet, when asked to provide some the room service denied and said that we are free to raise complaints. This kind of least bothered attitude is not something to be proud about. Me being a Goan feel very bad at such rude behaviour of the staff. This kind of treatment does not leave a good impression to the tourists who come for a leisurely stay to Goa. Especially, Mapusa Residency.

They really need renovation for the place, rest everything is good location is also good near main bus stand heart of the city, prices are affordable, service is fine
