It's a nice hotel near the Mapusa Bus Stand, and have got AC rooms, with 2 bed & 3 bed options both. Rooms are good, have hot water boilers, and ample car parking space.

I stayed here for one week. If you are looking for average budget rooms this is the best. The room was okk. They didn't give us any room service and the bathroom taps are not working properly, when we get the room there was a bad smell from the blanket and the room. When it's night I saw street dogs comes though the stairs to the floors. the staff where very nice

Not at all clean room , no services ,not good locality

Super lazy housekeeping staff as well as waiters in their restraurent. They're busy doing nothing, I think so. Got a bunch of incidents against anyone's expectations in hotel stay. It's near Mapusa market and offer average budget rooms, it was the reason for choosing it but should not had been. Starting from checkin... I confirmed in online booking to have checkin at 9am and reminded them with call around 8am also. But, still, they provided room after waiting for an hour around which was almost 10am. Next stuff is their breakfast; they've tagged menu with ample options in their lift but when I called them with mood of Parathas or Dosa, they said that only bread-butter and Omelette are available till 11am, nothing else. Heights happened on second day when I was ordering simple bread-butter, then they responded as 'Bread is not available with us today so only plain Omelette is option or pl check outside.' During stay of 3 days, none of their staff bothered for changing bedsheets or asking for another pair of towels or soap etc. No cleaning was offered during overall stay. Now, about their restraurent at 4th floor in same building... It has good ambience with nice seating arrangements too. Some attractions for kids are also kept for keeping children busy. Tables are at good gap for giving privacy to the group. These all made their First Impression as Good but then starts the story. After sitting, we're provided with the menu directly without even asking for water which should be the common-sense for any guests. After ordering some starters, we had to ask for bringing water then they brought. That too 4 glasses only among 6 people, we had to request again for 2 more glasses which he later brought of another pair. Their 'Hot n Sour Soup' and 'Monchow Soup' were tasting almost same with bit more flavour of garlic than it should be. Starters were ok-ok. Main course is quite overpriced than others. While leaving, their staff at reception just said," no dues, check-out ho gya aapka." In other hotels, they'll ask feedback or suggestions about their services and will surely offer their visiting card with a smile and words of Bye. They didn't do any of these.

An experience better forgotten. My experience with OYO properties has been a bit hit and miss and this one was a bit of a huge miss. Expectations as limited as they are, this one was particularly bad. The Toilets in the rooms need a lot few fixes(cleaning window, tiles need fixing etc etc). Fixing electricals should also be a high priority( the first room we saw had a burnt out plug concealed by pillows) Thats a health and safety hazard! The restaurant is not administratively connected with the hotel so go figure if you have complaints. (Ours where taken care off.... But they where unnecessary to begin with). Making coffee is not a standard formula so a kettle would have been a great idea.

We stayed there for 2nights & it was family trip. As I have book this hotel from 3rd party (travel website). My experience was really not good. Rooms are not maintained. Cleanliness is required. On our arrival I was told that I will get bed tea but when we called the room service in the morning they said nobody was there & the restaurant was closed. I was suppose to get complimentary breakfast but after a heated argument one of the waiter has provided the breakfast which was really pathetic & horrible only 2 plain bread slices & omelette. But again after complaining next morning they provided us bed tea which was cold & breakfast was same only little bit of butter was there in the bread. There service is really bad & it needs huge improvements. The property is not maintained at all.

!! Good Budget Hotel Option for Family !! Location: Located justv5 min walking distance from Mapusa Bus Pickup and Dropping Point. Good if you wish to avoid travel charges to reach your hotel located far away from bus point. Parking: Limited parking space available for 2 Wheelers and 4 wheelers..Roadside parking is also available.. Ambience: Looks like apartment. Located in crowdy area thus lack of peace, dog barking at night really irritates your sound sleep. OYO rooms are well structured and maintained.. Amenities: Must check functioning of all amenities before allowing check-in. We faced malfunctioning of flush and hence it troubled our stay. Mosquitoes are there at reception. Need to maintain more cleanliness. AC remote must be there to adjust temperature, they kept it on room temp. to save bills. Support: Humble staff..Moved quickly once we complaint regarding flush malfunction.. Rate: Moderate rate compare to hotel quality. !! Good option near Mapusa Market to Stay !!

Pricing is affordable and the hotel is situated in market. If your looking for something in budget and close to taxi stand, bus stand then your wait is over. The rooms are in ok condition/manageable. Good option to save money
