Antonio's Residency Goa

Stayed here for 4 nights. The place is very homely and comfy equipped with A/C, TV, Fridge, crockery and hot water facility. The rooms are spacious and big, with two large balconies and clean bathrooms. Each room has a good view, and the guest house is conveniently close to the beaches and daily essentials. Mr Antonio who is the owner is very kind and helpful and also provides breakfast with a day's notice.||Comfortable stay surrounded by lush greens, clean and spacious rooms, reasonable pricing. Overall the place lives upto the expectations.

I stayed at Antonio's residency from the 19th to the 25th of December. I had a very comfortable stay for the price being offered. it's extremely well located, amazing neighbourhood and Alila hotel (a 5 star hotel) just a minute walk so easy for taxi drivers to locate the apartment. It's a very spacious apartment with a room, living room, a kitchenette with kettle and basic utensils, a fridge and 2 beautiful balconies with lush view from the room and the living room. And it's well kept and clean. Towels and linen etc is all provided. The host also offers a variety of liquor options and water bottles, spf drinks etc and can get everything on request on charge ( very nominal pricing). The best beach in Goa, Gonsua beach is just a 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Majorda beach is a 7-8 minutes walk and so is Betalbatim beach. So it's like a whole coastline. Yo can walk 10 minutes here or there and you will find different beaches with different vibes. Live music hard, shacks, amazing food, everything is around. People are amazing. the hosts can also prepare breakfast for you at a very nominal Price. They also barbecue fish and other seafood etc on request if you order beforehand. they have an extensive menu to choose from if you tell them prior. It's a very comfortable stay and the hosts are very sincere and hard working and extremely helpful. And the location is my favourite. the crowd is top in the neighbourhood. And the BEST sunset in the world. linear view. And there are water sports also on the beach like parasailing, jet skiing, Kayaking, dolphin sighting, can by anklets etc. so a lot to do and full Goan vibe. And massages. The best masseuse named guddu - 91722 79886.||Everything about Antonio's residency was good and they are providing a lot for the price offered.

Antonio and Lena hosted us in the most friendly way possible. They cooked tasty meals and made always made sure everything was perfect. The rooms are less than 10 minute walking from the beach. We would definitely come back!

The only possible drawback was the need of three keys in order to enter or exit the property, only one, in which you are allowed to carry. I'm not sure if the neighborhood is that dangerous or if a high degree of paranoia exists. Whatever it is, it gave off a bad vibe.

Excellent stay at Antonio's Residency. I originally booked for 3 weeks but extended my stay for 2 more weeks. |Everything that you need is in the suite - large rooms, 2 balconies, kitchen area and good bathroom.|Antonio and his wife were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Really lovely people ( they invited me to lunch on Easter Sunday).|Location is excellent. There are many very good eating places close by. The beach is a short walk away. I would definitely visit the area again.

I spent 5 weeks at Antonio's Residency. Antonio and Lena are excellent hosts. They are so helpful. The suite that I stayed in had everything which I needed - large bedroom and living room. The bathroom was fine. There were 2 balconies. I was very happy staying at Antonio's and would not hesitate to stay again.

I stayed at Antonio's Residency Goa, Betalbatim for 2 nights and took an Executive/Super Deluxe package including break and many other facilities. I really appreciated the services Antonio and his wife leena provide me. They made feel like their own family member and never as if I was a guest. Breakfast was really good, served in time. The apartment is very nice neat clean tidy and very spacious. Location is very close to the beach just 850 meters walkable distance. I will recommend Antonio's Residency Goa to my friends and relatives. I will soon stay there again with my family.

The apartments are in reality the same as given in the profile photos. Well maintained, clean & very spacious, the rooms have stylish spacious 2 balconies. Both the Hosts are very humble, treated us like their own , their breakfast was also nice and served in time. ( the local breads are a must try ) The Serene Gonsua Beach is Located just at a walkable distance of almost 800 meters , with access to activities like jet skieng and para sailing :)
