Positive: rooms are spacious, hot water available, lot of potential. Negative: Dirty towels and sheets The staff are not so polite, unnecessary charges, and breakfast is the worst. Especially if you have to pay for the buffet- 300 rupees, for the two available options

Comfortable stay near the Madgaon railway station (take out towards platform 6), just in walkable distance. Room charges and services are satisfactory.

Trust me on this, i visited solo in january 2025, the experience was not good. The lady staff receptionist was bad. The rooms lights were very dim. It has centralized ac but temperature controller didnt worked and to change the temp you have to call to reception. Also it was attached to a big hospital and my room was nearest to the gate i.e 101 there were all the time disturbances at night. Food was served from hospital kitchen. No wifi in rooms,aaj kal kis hotel mei wifi ni hota yaar. IDont recommend anyone staying here.

The conference hall at VIVA Hotel in Margao is the best! We used it for a public awareness talk, and everything was perfect. The hall is modern, spacious, and well-equipped, providing a professional and comfortable atmosphere for our event. The staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. Highly recommend this venue for any event!

Had a really good experience during my stay. This is my second time. The rooms are well maintained. Housekeeping did a good job. Doyle from the reception was very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Overall good. 10 mins walk to the station. Need to address cockroach & mosquito.

My experience at Viva Hotel was extremely disappointing. Despite changing rooms, the AC continued to malfunction, leaving the rooms uncomfortably warm. Additionally, the absence of hot water made showers uncomfortable. These issues significantly impacted my stay and overall satisfaction with the hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the check in was smooth, however on day 2 the housekeeping staff entered the room with the master key in order to clean it while we weren't in the room and outside in the market. They had made me sign some form which I had clearly asked that only if I'm in the room is when you are supposed to send the staff not while I'm away, if any of my valueable had to be stolen who would be responsible? Later the next night we asked for a plate, bowl and a spoon but the hotel staff said they don't have the inventory for it, like seriously? You are running a 3 star hotel with no cutlery? Regards to the room it was good, spacious, washrooms were clean too. There's nothing much to do in the hotel. Overall it was average than what a person expects a 3 star hotel to be.
