Hotel Jyoti Plaza

The stay was too good. The Receptionist Deepesh Soni was very welcoming person. We did early checkin, he made it very easy and comfortable. Breakfast was included in the room charge, that was tasty too.. Overall very good experience. I surely recommend if you are with friends, family or even coming alone. This is the best play to stay.

Nicely maintained with hygeine. Service and food are fine and on-time The People at reception , specifically Mr. Deepesh Soni has a welcoming nature and was polite. Location is apt for stay here. In a gist, it is recommended for sure. Thanks @jyoti plaza for everything. :)

A Perfect Stay - Unmatched Comfort and Service! From the moment we arrived, our experience at Jyothi Plaza was nothing short of exceptional. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was immaculate--spacious, elegantly designed. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, from the plush bedding to the luxurious toiletries. Housekeeping was impeccable, keeping everything spotless throughout our stay.

We took a room for 2 days. satisfied with the facilities provided by hotel. Just a small suggestion is arrange ventilation system in bathroom and room freshener device in the room. But the overall experience is so good. Will recommend this hotel to my friends

Had been to check the rooms today. Wanted to book for 7 days.There were 2 un gentle men. Didn't bother. Very rude.If this is the reception we got ,then you can imagine what is in store for you. Hopeless staff at the reception . Wouldn't recommend this place due to rude attitude.probably these guys didn't want us to see the rooms. Going by some reviews,it appears that my review of staff is right. But I know it won't make any difference,as the management appears to be thick skinned and doesn't bother about any reviews . If you notice,there is no acknowledgement from the management whether good or bad. That's their attitude. Management attitude is Take it or leave it

The place was well maintained and it was clean and luxurious and bathrooms were pretty good and the live streaming held on 1st floor was awesome good place to stay here for family as well as for bachelors and the staffs treated well and the guidance we got from the staffs of Jothi plaza was literally nice I would suggest this hotel for the upcoming tourists

The building might look fine, but don't let it fool you. The staff here are a complete disaster -- rude, clueless, and clearly untrained. Customer service is a foreign concept to them, and that's a direct reflection of their pathetic leadership. As for the food, it's a total nightmare. One bite is enough to make you question your life choices. To the owner: Wake up. Fire this team before your business crumbles under the weight of reviews like this.

Not at all recommended to stay n dine in this hotel. Too low in quality, service. Can b given just 1 star. Booked with breakfast but see the menu n food quality which even a roadside food has more variety b better service. Worst service. This hotel don't even provide basic needs of a human.. drinking water. Just 1 L water in a day for 3-4 guest? It's inhuman. Overall worst experience. I have stayed in more than 30 cities in India in all types of hotel 5* to 3* but this hotel shld b not more than 1*. Tourist with specially family stay away from this hotel
