Hotel Grace Majestic

When we checked in at 12 midnight Bernard was very helpful and extended support,staff and breakfast buffet too was excellent .Myra at the reception too was smiling and provided help .|Highly recommended hotel to stay for your vacation |Thanks.

Hotel is located in good location of Margao very accessible to many good restaurants around. Room is clean , hygiene and well maintained. But the staff are not friendly, there was no help to get the luggage's to room. Over all the stay was pleasant but the staff never felt it is important to help guests in anyway

Worst staff ever. Worst food. They try to charge as much as they can do. The room they provide involves two people so I came with my husband but they had said I need to pay extra. We have paid 4000 as they demanded cash only so that they can keep that in their pockets. Regarding food , I would say go outside eat whatever u want but don't eat here otherwise you will also suffer stomache. I asked them for ginger tea but there was no ginger when I complained the same then they updated tea with unbearable ginger so these services they provide. No ventilation in whole room and bathroom Worst experience in Goa for 1 time.

Room and bathroom is not well ventilated and so everything smells damp. Pillows are yellow and old. Housekeeping is good and staff in general are nice. Bathroom amenities need additions. Rooms are spacious.

Fantastic 5 days stay here, staff was good and polite. Food quality and quantity was great. And main thing very close vicinity most of the clean and good beaches. Colva, Majorda and Fatrade.

I stayed here for 3 days and it's was unbearable as the food is worst and staff is not helping at all.Staff is just here to make money by any means, Although the price is written 3196 for 2 but they charged us 1000 extra per night. Don't ever go for indian food here u will get worst and staff is also not at all good. For Corporate tie ups also they don't provide service

Experienced good stay at the hotel.... Room was well maintained..... Food was also good .... Can increase the number of items in the breakfast and some varieties of Veg menu..... Staffs were polite and helpful for local guidance ......... Expecting to choose same hotel for my next visit to Goa.....

Truly disappointed with the approach of the receptionist and manager present. The team lacks the ability to actually have a civil conversation. Plain Bad
