Hotel City Comfort

Hotel city comfort is a place called home far away from home Pros: 1. Manager -Rafiq is very humble and polite. He is extremely helpful with suggestions related to places you can visit in south Goa and good hotels you should visit for some tasty food. Thanks for making my stay at Comfort a memorable one 2. Cleanliness is top notch in AC rooms. Bathroom was spotless. 3. Amenities include - 24H lift service, AC ROOMS which are spacious and comfy, very close by railway station, grocery stores and medical stores.

We made the terrible mistake of booking this hotel. Had a pathetic and scary experience. So it was me and my husband, we booked this hotel as we were just looking for a budget friendly clean hotel. When we checked in the hotel we saw a couple of guys lying down on sofas and playing their mobiles. They were apparently the manager and hotel staff. The manager was not presentable at all. The staff was anything but welcoming and hospitable. They had an indifferent and couldn't care less attitude. We were shown our room which was dirty, there were stains on the blanket, the AC was not working. We felt so suffocated. The furniture was torn and overall there was no hygiene. Since it was 8 at night, we paid some extra amount and got our room upgraded. This room was a little better and we thought that we will spend the night here and then shift to some other hotel the next day. However while going out for dinner, I noticed the guys at the reception staring at me.( Why would the owners hire such shabby looking, unprofessional and unreliable men to run the hotel?) Also the rest of the rooms seemed vacant. We panicked and immediately started searching for some nearby hotel. Around 9 we manged to find a good hotel nearby. The whole experience was scary. This hotel is neither couple friendly nor family friendly. Infact it's not suitable for hosting any guest. For me safety comes first, so would not recommend it to anyone.

Leaves a lot to be desired. Pros: 24h reception Close to railway station I got a free upgrade to a AC room I got a free water bottle because the reception did not have change Cons: Overall cleanliness could be improved. Bed sheets and toilet is ok, but window shelf is very dirty for example. I was not provided with a towel and soap and had to ask for it. Room says non-smoking but there is an ashtray and smells of smoke. Shower head is very bad and needs to be de-scaled. Water pressure is low and you have to wait for a very long time for hot water.

Hotel is vary clean and super and staffs is vary helpful and near by railway station market nice location

I WAS MADE WAIT FOR 30 MIN FOR ROOM EVEN AFTER INFORMING A DAY EARLIER AND THEN RECEPTIONIST NAMED DANISH TALKS LIKE MANNERLESS CUNT SO WE JUST LEFT WITHOUT CHECKING IN. I SUGGEST U TO CHOOSE ANY OTHER HOTEL NOT THIS . ALSO THE STAFF WAS STARTING AT MY GIRL WHICH MADE US BOTH UNCOMFORTABLE. I SUGGEST OWNER TO PLZZ HIRE EDUCATED OR ATLEAST MANNERED STAFF. IF YOU ARE NOT GOAN AND GOING TO THIS HOTEL THEY MAKE U PAY 12% EXTRA IF PAY VIA UPI AND THATS CLEARLY MENTIONED ON THEIR QR CODE IDK WHY , SO TOURISTS MUST TAKE A NOTE OF IT .

Overall good experience and friendly staff, also arrange one day trip at cheap price

Rooms were clean, friendly staff. The hotel is inside from the main road. Overall by budget and service this is best.

Great hotel to stay when visiting Goa. Great cleanliness in rooms and in hotel too, very affordable and great location just 5 mins walk from railway station.
