Useless Hotel....Bed bugs (Khatmal) and other alive & dead insects are there in enough quantity to spoil your stay here....uncleanliness is also a big issue....Reception staff and other staffs are not friendly. They behave rudely. The view of the hotel from outside seems to be attractive but from inside hotel is in pathetic condition. Lacks basic amenities. They charge huge amount of money for stay. I had to change my stay here to All seasons guest house which is a few minutes walk from this stupid hotel.

Budget friendly, But they can improve. The rooms are big but they have to maintain hygiene. Guests should take care of room amenities.

Rooms are well cleaned, they have in house kitchen and food is also good.

A good place to stay near by Madgaon railway station. This hotel is at walking distance from back gate of madgoan railway station. The hotel offers decent rooms at reasonable price range, but one should check bathroom before check in, some rooms have not up to the mark toilet.

We paid less than PS10 for 3 people so had low expectations. We each has a bed, and a working bathroom. The room was dirty and plaster was coming away from the wall. The whole hotel would benefit form a deep clean. |What didn't help with our stay was out late arrival at 1am. The road outside was full of stray dogs. When we arrived at the hotel we had to wake the security guard which took some time. Frustrating as we had booked and reconfirmed earlier in the day. I'm glad we only stayed for one night.

Very close to Madgaon RS and Bus Stop. Rooms are OK, service needs much improvement. Has a Restaurant. Reception is nonchalant and couldn't care less. Only strong plus point is its location.

This place is horrible and doesnt worth 850 roupie (12 eu). I called them 2 days before to know if they will have a room for our arrival day, they said yes,(cost of the room 750 insteat 650 as on their web site) i asked if someone will be there to host US at 3am (arrival of our train) they said yes finally i asked if someone can pick US at the train station (as i saw on the web site) they said yes and give me a phone number i can call when i arrive to the train station.|When we arrived nobody pick up the phone when we called, so we tooke a taxi. When we reached the place it was close, i had to wake up the man knocking on the window at least 10mn. The man came and said its full, i had to try to explain him i called someone 2 days before who tell me we can have a room but he doesnt really speak or understand english, the only thing he can reallu say its "850 roupie" (after 10 mn to speak he had a room available ). We took the room, its was a crap, very dirty, hunt in the bathroom. In the morning they had work just front of our windows. Very bad experience, this people dont know how to do hospitality at all and abuse on the price. When you just did 20 hours in the indian train, you expect more facilites to have a room....
