Townhouse Madgaon

The owner of the hotel informed us 3 hours before our arrival that even though we had a hotel reservation our room is booked out. ( I'm guessing he just put a guest spontaneously into our booked room) Then he told us we can only check in a deluxe room for more than double the price or cancel our booking. Even Agoda customer support didn't help out all so we had to look for a new hotel in Goa at midnight. The hotel owner was very rude and it felt like a scam. It's better to avoid this place. There are plenty of nice hotels in Goa in the same price range

I would love to give 0 star.Worst experience,When we entered this hotel doesn't look like 4 star hotel it's still under construction.the hotel is unclean .Der rooms are not well mentain,we checked in den we asked to change our room dey gave us other room bt same dt room was also not well mentain washroom were dirty bedsheets are not clean pillow covers are torn n when we ask for replacement again they said better u do check out where we r not getting any refund so we decided to stay back .in the night lot of noise was der as if someone doing work on the other floor we couldn't get proper Sleep .der AC was not working in d night .next day morning bt 9.15 der was no current .lift was not working,dey dnt have any back-up they dnt have proper staff. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Extremely bad experience. The hotel refused to give us any GST bill after the checkout. We had to pay all the money from our pocket, out office couldn't reimburse the money because the hotel didn't give a valid bill. The owner straightaway refused to give the bill. They do not have a valid GST number. Many people were wsiting in the lobby because they paid and did not get a room. Never fall prey for this scam. We have lost 35k from our own pockets.There was water problem for 4 hours in the morning which delayed our work.

We stayed here a couple of days ago and it was an amazing experience. Me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Rooms are impeccable and well- appointed with everything you need, and the service is excellent. The entire team who works here will go over and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay. I highly RECOMMEND this place, and we will be back again very soon. This will be our place to be everytime we are in the area. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay amazing!

It's a new property and it shows. The room is simple but. Comfortable and very clean. Bathroom is nice with good water pressure. The front desk employees are helpful and attentive. Location is good close to station and safe for families o

Good service, staff provides good support, location is nice you get connectivity to transport, food, Markets. rooms are good, you got AC, Wifi, smart TV, u can order food in room. only 3.6km from Madgaon railway station. there is Max showroom for clothing, also Vishal mega Mart is near on 2km for all kind of shopping, KFC, pizza hut, dominos are nearby within 3 km area. Madgaon market is near also.

This is the Worst OYO I ever stayed in. We have booked 2 Deluxe rooms. They asked us to use one room until they clean the second room which took them more than 1hr to clean. We were supposed to check in at 12PM but we got the room post 1:15PM. When we checked in, washroom tap wasn't working, when we informed the hotel staff, he was very rude and asked us to use some other room's washroom and said plumber will be available next day. I can't believe this is a company serviced OYO. We're never going to stay here ever again.

Breakfast started only after 9 am. They provided the yesterday leftover food which was stinking. No Drinking water available. No hot water at the time of bathing but it will be available only after 11 am. Extra bed will be provided only after several requests which will not be in a good condition. Overall it's a complete waste of time and money to stay in this property.
