Super OYO The Goan Courtyard

Rooms are okayish don't expect much as shown in pictures. The manager itself responded with rude behaviour when they kept as Waiting for breakfast for more then one hour which was completely unacceptable. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of apology and poor attitude made it clear that this was not an isolated incident.

It's a hub of mosquitos there were thousands of mosquitos in the room. Luckily we bring mosquito repellent with us so we could sleep. Bedsheets and matress were dirty. Toilet was not clean, no towels were provided. I first time booked oyo hotel for family and it was worst experience. I booked room for 3 people but the bed was very small. They have provided extra mattress with the extra cost 300 rs. I think they made it only for couples. The only good thing was there was breakfast quality. That is also they have provided when I asked and checked for the room and provided. Overall experience was worst

I had stayed for 3 days and I had asked for a bill of the amount paid which I didn't received and the manager had picked the call before and said you will get it after check out, but he didn't give it at the time of checkout, later when I called, he said he'll whatsapp me the bill and now he is not picking the calls at all. And the App is showing that I stayed for 1 day and paid Rs.1915/- while I had stayed for 3 days and paid Rs.4250/- which is a higher amount and didn't received the bill.

This was without doubt the worst hospitality experience I have ever had. The manager and owner was incredibly unhelpful and rude. They refused to provide a written receipt of any payments for rooms that we had to pay for in full in cash before we were able to check in. Even at checkout they could not provide a receipt despite having asked for 5 days. I was appalled by the way we were treated as guests. The rooms were full of cockroaches, my matrass had the sharp end of a spring sticking out of the edge which could easily have cut my leg and the food is terrible.

I had an incredibly unpleasant experience . I booked through Goibibo for 3 adults and 2 kids under 6, with a prepaid reservation. Upon arriving at the hotel at 10 pm, a discourteous individual engrossed in their mobile refused check-in and insisted on contacting the elusive call center, a challenge due to poor network coverage. Despite being able to reach the help desk, the receptionist, glued to their chair and absorbed in their phone, refused to engage. After 45 minutes, a room was begrudgingly provided, seemingly with the intention of pushing for an alternative room. It was disheartening, especially for a family with children who had endured a 15-hour journey to get there, met with very little compassion.

Horrible and not recommendedClean spacious rooms.OYO service has always been pathetic. Hotels do not consider online booking. The staff at counter was very unhelpful and was talking if he is doing obligation for giving me a room. He did not allow to see the room until paid in full. No room service . Asked for water and it did not reach ever. The location of the property is very very far from main beach and market. Only if u have a car then take this property. You won't even get cab from beach to hotel after 8pm. The booking told complementery breakfast but reception guy refused for it stating that they don't have kitchen. Strange.nOverall highly dissatisfactory stay. Will never recommend.

Rooms were not cleaned and rooms is not worth 3.6K which they charged... online it was mentioned 1.9k however they charged us 3.6k.. the bedsheets were not changed and rooms were smelling all the while.. very bad place to stay
