The rooms are clean, neat and big. The service is top notch. Almost all the staff here I have met so far was polite and caring. Food is also good. Swimming pool area is quite and most importantly children pool is there. Little old property but very well maintained. Family friendly.

We went there as a group of 40+ members. And we found that the rooms were average with old bathroom fittings and no lock for the balcony entrance (Sliding glass wall) which made no assurance of security. Also the staffs were so rude, that they even argued with our bus driver today stating a claim, without even a proof with pure local language!

I stayed here with friends but I wouldn't recommend it. You can find hotels with better rooms, lower rates, and a better overall experience. The rooms were average, but the washroom was terrible. The locker and flush didn't work properly, and the washbasin water had a foul smell. Despite complaining, the staff only checked the issue without resolving it. Told to change the safe locker i was vacated but locker not changed. Staff are arrogent. Receptiin staff is too much. This was my worst hotel experience so far. Please dont go this hotel. U will have bitter experience

This property is severely lacking in accessibility--it's far from the market, and there is absolutely no public transportation nearby. While there is a taxi booking service available, the operator acts like he's running a private cartel, refusing to allow other taxis onto the hotel grounds. This creates an incredibly frustrating and inconvenient situation for guests. What's even more infuriating is the utter indifference from the hotel's admin manager. He didn't even have the decency to come to the reception and address the guests struggling to secure a ride. It's clear that the management team is not only unhelpful but completely apathetic to guest concerns. On the positive side, the property itself is well-maintained, though it shows its age. The food is good.

The perfect place for family vacations, Clean & hygiene rooms, quality food & well trained staff members & best part is separate swimming pool for couple, we enjoyed a lot, my fav. Place ever, great service & hospitality, I must recommend to visit here again & again. Thank you

Terrible stay at Saga The Stays Palmarinha, Goa. The property was worse than described, lacked proper parking, and was in a residential complex. Worst of all, rats in the apartment ruined our food. Don't have basic amenities in rooms , no mirrors in the bedrooms, one of the worst experiences I had so far in Goa

Had stayed here with family. You can find more hotels with less rates and better rooms and experience. The rooms here were average but the washroom was pathetic. The flush didn't work properly. The washbasin water was stinking. In spite of complaining they just checked and went back without any resolution. This was so far the worst experience I had. The food in the canteen for breakfast had good variety, taste was average but they charge premium.
