I had a wonderful stay at Coco Heritage Baga Resort, which offers excellent quality at a very affordable price. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great value for money. A special thanks to the receptionist, who was not only extremely courteous but also very helpful throughout our stay. Despite our late check-in, she ensured a smooth and hassle-free process and even went the extra mile to arrange a vehicle for us to explore Goa. Her assistance truly made our trip more enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend Coco Resort for anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet quality stay in Goa!

We recently stayed at Coco Heritage Baga Resort. The quality of the rooms are okay. Service is not bad. The food is a bit expensive but really good. You can easily find good bengali food there as they have a lot of Bengali stuff. You can spend some quality time with your loved ones in the pool, they clean it regularly. The only major problem you might face is the low power lights. The rooms need sufficient light.

The Best Resort ever. It's amazing staying here. I have visited this place 5-6 times. Staff everyone there is very helpful. Quick services. Nearby to Baga beach, Club. Our Stay at Coco Heritage was very pleasant. The food is Delicious . Service is very good. The pool is clean and well maintained . Neat and tidy rooms. Great view. We had a great time at Coco heritage resort

Must visit this especially Gujrati's must book this when you are in Goa trip . I must recommend it its such a Good place for stay the behaviour of owner and staff both are very good . They are very polite and kind hearted.

Extremely disappointing service done. We had booked for 13 people and they made us pay for 14, worst we made them arrange mattress and these guys weren't ready to provide for blanket they made us sleep with a bed sheet for one day after arguing with them for the whole next day we did get one duvet after seeing such a duvet no one would ever want such a blanket it had no cover for the duvet and the duvet was covered in fungus all over it. Hotel staff is too rude if you ask for something. A kind request to everyone do not waste your money here for no good.

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment about our recent experience at *Coco Heritage Resort Goa.* Unfortunately, we were shocked to discover that the property did not resemble the photos posted online. The facilities looked dirty, and one pool seemed neglected and unused for extended periods of time. In addition, an unpleasant smell emanated from the rooms, which contributed to an uncomfortable atmosphere. *What added to our dissatisfaction was the behaviour of the woman at the front desk. We encountered* *her rudeness when, after assessing the circumstances, we decided not to check in. She interacted with us in an unprofessional manner and even yelled at my husband, and abused my husband which was both surprising and disappointing and my husband was shocked by her abusive behaviour towards my husband.she is mannerless and rude .I think it is necessary to advise other couples about this specific conversation - men, please consider this in order to avoid direct communication with this female receptionist, as this can lead to uncomfortable situations.* When we requested a refund due to unsatisfactory conditions that caused us to skip check-in, we were informed that the booking was non-refundable. While I understand the policies regarding reservation, I urge you to reconsider the matter in the light of our experience and the false advertisements we have come across. I sincerely hope you will take these concerns seriously, as we had high hopes for our stay, only to be met with significant disappointment

Wonderful stay at resort we stayed for 2 days reception staff's are very kind while check in & check out. Location near to baga Beach, very calm & silent rooms stayed in deluxe roomThis was my second visit and the experience just keeps getting better. There were a lot of good changes such as lots of plants, bar area and the ambience itself is really quiet and relaxing. The staff is really polite and helpful. The host "Manish" Is very helpful and he takes care of all the customers needs. We did not have to look for anything, he arranged everything for us. If there is anything that you feel is not right you just need to inform him and he takes care of it. I will surely revisit here again and i am sure there would be more good changes in the future.
