This is a private property, with really enough space, even the rooms are also clean and big. Someone's dreams house, with big porch, small garden with lot of seasonal trees. In rainy season, might be beautiful to enjoy it or totally mess. But got it with reasonable rates. Thank you so much team. Staff are very very humble. Yes agreed, it's only available without any facilities.

Decent place. Got this place at a very good price and stayed for 3 days here. The place is very close to the beach and very cozy with greenery all around it. The only problem I faced was the geyser not working in our room and the issue was not resolved even after the highlight. Apart from this instance, everything was fine.

Good place to stay if you ever visit bagmalo beach It's quite and very near to beach Room was clean and have every amenities. Just their water heater was not working for some reason. Staff was polite too and help us in whatever we needed. And it was not that expensive too.

Humble host , very clean spacious rooms however carry your own towel . Great place to have a private party provided you book all rooms

In this price range, the hotel is a decent value proposition. Stayed with friends here, the staff is helpful and courteous. Recommended in case you are looking for a budget hotel. Bathrooms can be upgraded - like the water pressure and ease of geyser usage

We booked a room in this hotel (Room 5) There was no proper road leading to the hotel. We have to travel through narrow "roads", with four stray dogs barking at us to enter or exit the place. There are no streetlights. The geyser was placed in a strange tilted manner. The staff were aware of the issue. On the day of checkout (15.05.24), the geyser fell on my father's head, and water started to leak. We rushed to the reception, and they took the geyser off, and turned off the water supply. The hotel staff did not provide any first-aid, and ironically told us to leave the room as the next guest was going to stay there, ignoring the fact that the geyser was removed. After describing the situation to the staff, they just told us that the screws were not tight and the geyser was resting on just one screw. They had no remorse for the incident and kept on asking us to leave, ignoring the fact that my father was injured. The staff did not apologise. They did not have any first-aid box, nor ice packs. When we rushed out, I saw the staff picking mangoes from the trees, having fun and laughing. Never have I had such an experience in my life.

Superb rooms. We had booked by contacting the owner directly and paid advance a month ago. No issues during check in. The guest house is at a walkable distance to the beach. It was an amazing experience.

Perfect place to stay on a budget. Small aesthetically built property with garden. Very clean rooms with nice decor. Functional air-conditioning. Absolutely clean toilets. Clean bedsheets, and clean towels. Soap was provided. The property is not on the beach but the Bogmallo Beach is just a two to three minutes walk. The place does not have a restaurant but there are several restaurants within hundred meters. The owner and the manager are both polite. Overall, I wish all budget hotels in India were like this property. Wish them a lot of success. Hope the place remains like this in the years to come.
