FabHotel Grand Royal Palms

I recently stayed at Fab Grand Royal Palms, Goa, and had a wonderful experience. I had accidentally left behind my essential card holder wallet, and thanks to the honesty and kindness of the receptionist, it was safely returned to me. Despite my offer to thank her with a reward, she politely refused, saying it was her duty and that she was happy to serve. I truly appreciate her honesty, professionalism, and dedication. Such integrity speaks volumes about the excellent service standards of the hotel. Thank you for making my stay memorable and worry-free!

I had a disappointing experience with this hotel. Initially, I was shown a particular room that I liked, and I agreed to book it. However, at the time of payment, I was suddenly informed that the room had already been given to someone else. This was very unprofessional and misleading. I ended up waiting for almost two hours with no proper resolution. Such poor coordination and lack of transparency in the booking process is unacceptable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service

My stay at this hotel had both positive and challenging aspects. While the room itself was a suite and quite spacious, I was given a room in a separate building about 250 to 300 meters away from the main hotel, which was unexpected. This may not be the case for everyone, but it was my experience. One challenge was the lack of an elevator, which could be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage. The mini-fridge in the room was not functioning, and there were no bed lamps. Additionally, the TV was not working, and the bathroom had drainage issues, causing water to accumulate after a shower. Drinking water was not provided in the room, and even at breakfast, a water bottle had to be purchased separately. The breakfast options were somewhat limited, with Upma, Poha, and Bread Omelet included, while other items were available at an additional cost. Additionally, both breakfast and access to the swimming pool required traveling to the main hotel, which could be inconvenient for some guests. There was also no safe locker in the room to store valuable items, which could be a concern for travelers carrying important belongings. Additionally, the room had a connecting balcony, which might not be ideal for newly married couples or guests looking for more privacy. On a positive note, the room had a small mini-kitchen, which was a nice addition, although it lacked cooking equipment. The highlight of my stay was the staff. They were warm, welcoming, and always greeted guests with a smile, which made the experience much better. Their hospitality is the reason I am giving this hotel 3 stars. I appreciate their efforts, and with some improvements to the facilities, the overall experience could be much better.

After a long journey, we arrived at the hotel at 1:00 AM, only to find no staff present at the reception. We had to wait and repeatedly call for assistance. Upon checking in, we were extremely disappointed with the room's condition, as it was unclean and infested with lizards and ants. When we attempted to report the issue at the reception, there was no staff available to assist us, and our calls went unanswered. Ultimately, we were left with no choice but to check out late at night with nowhere else to go. This experience was highly unprofessional, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed here for about a week. Comfortable and basic accommodation. Don't expect anything fancy. The hotel provides everything that's essential. Location is good, there's a restaurant which will cater to food needs and a pool too. The bathroom amenities are missing however there's 24 hour hot water. Staff is friendly and accommodating.||The cleaning and service standards if improved will enhance the experience.

I would not recommend this hotel. The staff is terrible, when asked for simple things like a towel or a taxi, they just came up with a lame excuse. On arrival the sheets were dirty and also the bed. When walking on the floor, our feet became superdirty (almost turned black of durt) and we told the staff, they didn't clean. There is No fridge, nor water included. Occasionally, there was hot water in the shower. |The pool smells of mould, and there is no sunchairs. |The location is good, but thats probably it.

This was the worst experience of my entire life. Please do not book this hotel. The property is completely different from the photos shown. They don't even have a proper doormat. When we asked for one, they gave us a towel instead! The wardrobes were broken, and there was no hot water in the morning. You have to always fight with reception people to get things done The room was very dirty, and they didn't even provide a clean bedsheet. If you have already booked, please cancel and find another property to avoid ruining your entire vacation. Although they mentioned that breakfast was included, the kitchen was so dirty that we ended up eating breakfast outside on both days of our stay. I had booked this room for two days, but the experience was unbearable. Please think carefully before booking this property.

Stayed here at the start of 2025. I had a terrible experience. Will never ever stay here again, not even for free. The prices do not justify the room and the service. Do not go by the pictures shown on Google. The rooms look nothing like that, not even close. The entire corridor was smelling of puke. There were chicken bones at all corners of the walls. The curtain rod in the room was broken, couldn't have had an experience worser than this.
