Heritage Holiday Homes Arpora Goa

They are running a scam here. The pics they have put up are years old I think cz when we arrived there, nothing at the property was in working condition. Tv remote and ac remote wasn't working n bathtub tap was broken. So called manager Jay told us to adjust giving excuses like some kid of previous guests broke it. Host Hitesh told us to shift to other property at 10.30pm which had no smart tv again. We finally requested them to refund the amount at least so that we would leave right then. But Hitesh refused to refund also. Plz don't book this property seeing fake +ve reviews, which I believe is bought. The building is so old and dusty. They have smartly omitted putting pics of veranda and all n have put pics of some other property in the opposite building. They don't have a pool of their own. We have to go to the opp building to use pool. We suffered so much, that too while having a baby with us. I've told Hitesh to keep the money if he wants and that we would leave tomorrow no matter what.

It was great experience at Areia De Goa. The rooms were excellent, located at a prime place. And kudos to Mr. Jay, who provided us with all the help and made the stay special!

Very nice hotel and good food served. Good option to stay away from city hustle. Quiet and soothing place to stay. You can walk around the property surrounded by beautiful trees. Good supporting hotel staff.

Amazing Stay and Beautiful Stay at this heritage I come every year Goa and Stay at this Beautiful Property and Very Good Service and Good behavior of service staff are stick this place to stay.

Good place for family as well as bachelor, very friendly host and clean place. We had infant with us and with the available amenities it was a very comfortable stay

I would like to highly recommend this place to everyone. And specially the host Hitesh has been like friend to us . We have some personal problem due to which we where suppose to postpone the booking. But finally we dint postpone the plan we was ready to reschedule for us. Thank you.

Right from booking till checkout, everything went smoothly. We stayed in a 2BHK apartment. Spacious, clean and neatly maintained. It had all facilities - TV, AC, Washing machine, Refrigerator, DYH, WiFi, Geyser, Stove with gas for cooking, Utensils, Water purifier.. Manager Jay was also there to help when needed. 10 mins drive to Baga beach. There are some bike rentals available next door too. Overall best choice for stay in Goa if you want peace of mind.

My trip to Goa became fabulous only by staying in Heritage Holiday Homes Arpora. Rooms were hygienic. Service provided by them was excellent . Love to go again.
