BELLA VILLA Luxury Stay

We had a wonderful and pleasant stay at Bella Villa! The hospitality was outstanding. The owner was polite, and the caretaker was incredibly cooperative and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The property is impeccably maintained, and the ambiance is pleasant and aesthetic. We were even able to check in early to our spacious, clean, and comfortable room (Bella Villa). The terrace offers a beautiful view of Dona Paula, especially enjoyable with the fresh breeze. we highly recommend Bella Villa!

I would love to share our recent experience in Bella Villa with our family. We chose home stay since we had kids and it would be difficult to manage them in a hotel environment for 4 days and Bella Villa was our best choice .The host was very friendly and caring. We had a toddler with us for whom it was difficult to adjust with the food items in the menu. The host understood our challenge and went ahead and offered food which was out of the menu with less spice and denied to charge us for baby food which is greatly appreciated. This is the first time we are visiting goa and we had made our itinerary basis online reviews. The host suggested us few beaches which were not a part of our itenary and would say one of the best places that we visited in Goa.

I generally don't give reviews. But I really like this place. I loved it. Host was really good.. The property is running by Indians. To be frank I never expected this much of customer service. The couple was really helpful. Suggested some place to visit. They gave us itinerary which was really helpful.

This property has many hidden charges! They charge you simply for cleaning charges and service charges for no reason. Room minamar was very smelly. Each time we had to ask for a room freshener. The room rent for that room was about 2000/- but the room was worthless for that price. All other rooms were good ! As Ms. Indira states that it's a Luxury stay. I don't think so it is. She says that they are buying water. I think that is none of our business. Whether you buy or sell water. If there is so much scarcity of water, you should mention that on your bio when the customers are booking the rooms. And stop saying that we are using other guest water. We have paid around 18000 for just a night. And try to treat the customers in a good way and not just on business perspective. And when we asked you that we want to check in early. You asked us to book the room one day prior so that we can check in early. So basically the room was booked , but we weren't there! So you should have some humanity on that !! This lady is totally business minded. I understand that it is important for her! But I guess , humanity is also equally important. When the customer is accepting to all the conditions that was laid on us. It is equally important that the property owner also coordinates accordingly. And stop saying that we want everything free! If that was the case, we wouldn't have paid you while existing. We paid you everything. I strongly believe that, only because of ppl like you Goa's tourism is also declining .
