First visit to goa and this property amazed me! Food was great and all staffs were very polite. I liked the ambience to the level that I didnt leave the property for any sight seeing. Lovely and memorable stay for me

It's good property at nice place, needs a lot to educate staff. Services are below standard. Staff behavior is very poor and irresponsible.

Best Place to stay near Panjim. Safe,Secure Property. Property location is like a Malabar Hill of Panjim. Suite rooms are very spacious. Very near to beach. Hotel Owner Mr. Uday sir and Akshay Sir, Netra Madam & All team of Sandalwood very much helpful and Co-Operative. They Fill us like 2nd Home. It's my 4Th Time to visit here. 5 Star Property. Thank You.

Run down. Reception staff very friendly. Loud party music late in the night.

The rooms were good, location was nice with beach at walking distance. The only problem was the service. The staff was very rude to customers. Whenever you ask for something they just ignore you and act like they didn't listen. The staff seemed very raw. Overall it was a bad experience.

Very poor reception, room on the fourth floor with no support for luggage, reception person had no idea about anything, room has a humid stench. The sit out was crumpled, refridgerator was not functioning. Definitely not a four star worth property. Very poor hospitality

We stayed at this hotel from 10/11/2023 to 16/11/2023. Every day the breakfast and Dinner menu was different. Food quality was very good. Chef has good knowledge of spices and all his dishes were too good. Support staff was really helpful and hard working. Overall one of the best experience we had in this family holiday. Will surely visit again.

Rooms are smelly and main door is not opening properly aswel bathroom door also flush is not working properly room needs to improve more and more
