Horrible Experience - Never Again! I had the worst stay at Stone Water Eco Resort and would never recommend it to anyone. From the moment we arrived, it was a complete disaster. 1. Not Clean at All - The rooms and surroundings were filthy. Dust, dirt, and stains everywhere! It felt like the place hadn't been cleaned in ages. 2. Horrible Smell - A disgusting odor lingered everywhere--whether it was the room, bathroom, or even outside. It was unbearable. 3. Too Much Noise - The place was extremely noisy, and it was impossible to sleep. On top of that, there were too many dogs barking and cats making noise all night. Definitely not a peaceful getaway! 4. No Food Available - Shockingly, the resort had no food in stock! How does a resort run out of food? We had to go out and find something to eat. Absolutely ridiculous. 5. Plugs Not Working - None of the electrical outlets in the room worked properly. We couldn't charge our phones or use any appliances. A complete inconvenience. 6. Overall Nightmare - This place is completely mismanaged, and the staff doesn't seem to care. It was a total waste of money, and I regret ever booking it. Stay away from this place unless you want a ruined vacation!

Disappointing Experience Compared to Previous Visit I had stayed at this resort back in April 2024 and had a great experience -- the property was well maintained, clean, and the staff were courteous. However, my recent visit was extremely disappointing and nowhere close to the standard I had experienced earlier. This time, I stayed in Room 318, which had dull brown flooring that looked unesthetic, broken floor and added to the overall lack of appeal. The room was poorly maintained -- the white blankets had turned brown, the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, and the bathroom was in a bad state. The AC pipe was leaking, the bathtub was dirty, and the wooden furniture was worn out and damaged. The kids' play area also seemed abandoned and was not in a usable condition. The swimming pool was dirty and uninviting -- definitely not something you'd expect from a resort. On top of that, the restaurant staff were completely unwelcoming. When I requested a small bowl of plain rice for my child, they bluntly refused and said they would only serve a full portion. For a family resort, this kind of behavior was very disappointing. One of the most frustrating parts of my stay was when I pointed out to the housekeeping staff that the blanket had turned brown and requested a fresh one. Instead of addressing the issue promptly, I had to escalate it to his manager and even speak with the receptionist to convince them that the blanket was indeed discolored. Shockingly, the housekeeping team didn't seem to grasp that such a blanket should be permanently discarded, not just replaced temporarily. It's unfortunate to see how drastically the quality has declined within just a few months. I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on restoring the property to its former standard. As of now, I would not recommend this property.

What an awful place do not stay! It was very dirty and facilities did not work or were not maintained. They call themselves and Eco Resort but they burned rubbish on the beach. Look at the pictures for yourself. Certainly nothing like the images on booking.com. The staff told us they made things look nice only for the photos. But the pictures online are so different to the reality. We stayed all over India and this was the only hotel we asked for our money back in.||If you do stay and ask for a refund, make sure they give it to you straight away, they will not give the money back otherwise.

Worst experience in terms of hospitality, quality of rooms, service and readiness to help. The business in the resort is as mundane and slow as any government office of 1990s. The Rooms are very poorly maintained and the roof was leaking once the rain started in the night. They will surely not endorse any special requirements like early arrangement of breakfast or taxi hiring. They provide you with a person's number named Deepak, who charges 700 for scooter and 2000 for car on per day rental basis. The property is in remote area, and not very well connected to the city. Drinking water provided in the room was filthy and not potable at all. Room cleaning was denied quoting the valuables should be locked in the almirah, that too was in dilapidated state. It brews the suspicion of theft also. The lobby leading to room was very poorly maintained. The food was average. Stray dogs were all over the property, and must be taking dips in the swimming pools, one of which was in a pitiful condition. Only upkeep of garden was in excellent state. This property needs very serious attention in terms of quality of rooms and service. I'll recommend not to stay in such a property and take decisions wisely.

Great location and the breakfast buffet was amazing. On the downside, if you're booking this place for swimming pool then it's a big mistake. There are many stray dogs always around the swimming pool and conveniently sleeping on the swimming lounge chairs. Sometimes there is a security person watching but I wouldn't dare to get into the pool with kids. It's such a beautiful property but they really need to keep the dogs off the property.

One of the best thing about the resort is it's location. Close to the beach with an amazing sew view. Unfortunately that's the only good thing. The rooms are dull and might have been the best years back. It requires serious maintenance. The light fixtures needs to be updated. As the cabins are made of wood there are gaps between some pannels that needs to be fixed along with better soundproofing. The cable TV is non existent. The breakfast requires a lot of improvement. Except the cut fruits no other item's where good. There was a delay in starting the breakfast and few item's where added latter. The tea coffee and juices requires serious charges. The Beach access also needs to be improved . Overall there is a lot of improvement required.

Good views, spacious property and rooms. But lacks cleanliness & has security concerns. One of the staff members entered our room without permission and was trying to take drinks out. No cameras on the property and hence this is a security risk.

Location is good its near to airport but rooms are not maintained no room service, not much food options. Kitchen opens only at 8.30 in morning. Property is very beautiful and maintained but somehow they are not able to maintain the rooms. Staff is good and helpful.
