Hotel O Dabolim Goa International Airport Formerly Grey Jade

Cockroach were all over the room. I picked telephone for calling, it has 5-6 cockroach. Upon telling hotel staff, no action was taken. Worst hotel where OYO is investigating. The hotel is downgrading the quality and ambiance of OYO hotels.

Bad experience.. cockroach rooming around...toilet flush not working. Don't take breakfast included because restaurant is not available. He gave only idli in breakfast not tea. Tea chargeable 100 rupees

Worst experience...visited here with family ..shabby rooms ...dust smell..untidy bathroom...flush was not working properly...Pan stains on the walls ..worse hospitality...stained uncleaned blanket...Not at all recommended.... especially if you want to stay with family...

Stayed here for one night on 10 OCT. The room wasn't clean at all. cockroaches were roaming around. the room was smelling and when complained we were told it might be cause of the painting. We have even added breakfast while booking but to our utter shock there was no buffet breakfast and also to add to the agony the property owner provide one idly and one Vada each charging 400 for both. Even after complaining and raising a ticket both with booking.com and Oyo... they couldn't help and the property manager was adamant that ... this is what we provide here for breakfast. The staff and service was not up to the mark.

they don't want to give any service or provide any support. They just want money. worst place to stay. the floor was unclean. There was fruit flies in the room

Filthy hotel. Disgusting fans were not working AC's temperature was fixed at 16 and could not be change. If you travelling with family don't don't choose this property.

One of the best hotel near airport amd the facilities were gud and staff were also of helping nature
