An amazing chill home away from home, both neil and sanya are amazing hosts and the all little buddies (their pets) are love to be with! Coco and Stella were super great buds! <3

Lovely old cottage with a half acre compound, owned by a genuine dog lover. Friendly and hospitable staff. Extremely pet friendly with a secure compound wall. Very well maintained and just a 10 minute drive to the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our 4 dogs!

It was a wonderful experience living in such a luxury villa. Staff were well trained. Pet friendly, very peaceful and perfect place for my puppy to experience the lushness of Goa. Owner was very concerned about our comfort. We would definitely love to visit again

Felt at home away from home. Nice peaceful environment, clean rooms, had got opportunity to try home cooked local goan cuisine. Big thumbs up to Vista Rooms who made this experience a memorable one. Surely planning another stay to a different destination.

Have had the pleasure of staying here for a week.. .Now.. I am glad we chose this place as homestay , lovely property, great for a Mumbai Pet doggo, also so serene and peaceful away from the maddening sounds of people, and very good and attentive staff that doesn't bother you. Good and clean rooms, all electronic and electrical appliances working, the lady owner is very hands on and sees that you are well looked after. 22000 Sq Ft of peace. ..

The stay was quite and calm as the location of villa is in South Goa, the villa is extremely pet friendly, as the villa owner is also a pet lover. The staff is very friendly , felt like home very nice and peaceful stay

Casa De Xanti is one of the peaceful and pet friendly villa in South Goa. It is just 2 BHK Villa and its very cozy for short group. The Caretaker was very help full in all manner he helped us to order food from near by restaurant If you are looking for Goan experience you should surely visit this Villa
