Star Beach Resort

Our stay at Star Beach Resort during New Year's was very pleasant. The resort is located very close to the beach, and the room rates were quite reasonable. We had a great time with our family, especially enjoying the clean pool. Service was fairly quick, even with the massive rush, which we really appreciated. The only small issue was a stained mattress, but it wasn't a big deal. Overall, we had a fun and comfortable stay and would definitely visit again

Very eager and helpful staff, beautiful pool and garden area. Has a good breakfast and quick service. Front office staff was very polite and prompt to address all our concerns. Housekeeping staff made sure to keep our rooms cleaned once every day.

The location is very good. I have observed lack of hospitality except a single breakfast waiter. I also feel foreigners are more prioritized as Compared to Indians. Breakfast is an average with very limited options. Rooms are not being cleaned unless you specifically asked for. No Wifi in rooms. Overall if you are looking for budget stay near beach this is good option provided they improve for the points mentioned above.

service was nice and fast and rates also were quite reasonable for each room. The hotel is engulfed in greenery from different of mango trees to chicken and passionfriut trees as well. They also had a huge variety of flowers everywhere . . I was a little dissatisfied by the fact that they didn't give a mini refrigerator in all rooms . They give it on request. If we don't keep this in mind the hotel offers an amazing getaway from daily life and is completely worth it.

"WASTE OF MONEY " After staying for one night shifted to other hotel. 1. While I was checking in the reception there was a Bengali Guy I forgot his name very bad attitude and arrogant and using bengali slangs over call infront of me. The Resort management should give him some proper Hospitality class or get some good managers there. Hospitality totally depends on the Guest experience. 2. The rooms tariff they are charging is very high comparative to the Rooms quality. I have attached pictures below. 3. The rooms are not cleaned properly there are many spider cobs in the room. Gutka/Paan spit in to the room. Attached pics below. 4. In place of Duvet/Blankets they just provided a bed sheet instead. 5. Washroom door doesn't get lock . This place is not recommended at all. You will find better hotels in around with the same pricing or else stay there for one night and waste your money.

Very nice place to stay. I visited recently in the early morning, One non AC room was vacant at that time and provided to us, room was clean. Service was good. Staff was prompt to response.

Staff should learn to Smile. Instead of throwing tantrums at guests they should learn basic manners,pleasant ways to handle guests. I think they know it well that it's Goa and the resort is good so anyway the people will come there. But very very unprofessional and ill mannered front office staff. The housekeeping staffs are way better than the reception staff.
