Krishna Beach Resort & Spa, Goa

Room were good but there was not facilities of hot water and even the tap and shower were not working. We had to ask the manager to give us hot water. We complaint there within an hour to change our room when we checked in but the staff and reception members simply ignored us. The very next morning they gave us hot water in bucket which was not worth of paying a money of hotel bill. Food was good in breakfast and dinner.

The property is centrally located, with shops, eateries, and cafe's on the way to the beach, which is less than 10 minutes away. The staff were helpful, and although we had a few issues with the room, they were promptly addressed. The breakfast options were limited, but everything tasted good. The room was clean, spacious, and had a private bathroom. If you need transportation to explore other areas, the reception can help arrange it for you. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we enjoyed our stay.

I don't believe this property should be called a resort. While the property is new and the rooms are nice, the staff and team are not professional. Food - Below average. On day two, we didn't even get our buffet. The parathas were served in advance, and when we requested fresh, hot ones, they refused. The kitchen is run by one cook and two untrained staff members who don't know how to serve or interact with guests properly. Service - At 10:30 PM, I requested an additional bed, but they denied it, saying all support staff had left. Later, I realized there were only two people in the hotel at night--one at the reception, sleeping on the sofa, and another guard at the main gate. They only provided two small water bottles for the entire stay and refused to replenish them. They expect you to buy water from them, which we had to do both days during our stay. We ended up buying water from the market instead.

Excellent place for stay near Colva Beach. Serve delicious buffet breakfast. Spacious room with a small sit out. Decent swimming pool. Also billiards and carrom facility for recreation.... Overall very nice experience.

Location is good.. management need to maintain and keep the rooms in good condition if they have to keep at par with other hotels. Service is bad. Every time we go out, we had to tell the reception to open the room with master keys bcoz door was not opening with room keys n had to wait n waste our time. Restaurant opens only at 8 30 am in d morning, but food..dinner which we had during our stay was extremely good n tasty.

The cost of the room was reasonable, but the cleanliness was average. The air conditioner wasn't cooling either. Washromm was all right. There is a beach close to the hotel. There is also a vegetarian restaurant close to the hotel. Try another option if you're going to be visiting with family, or this option if you're going to be visiting with friends.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE!!! I got a room with STAINED bedsheets and pillow covers (there were brown patches!) and the bathroom was not at all clean. There were DIRT SPOTS on the commode seat! I called the reception to have the bedcovers changed and the bathroom cleaned. However, later I called them again as there were 3 TO 5 COCKROACHES IN THE BEDROOM AND BATHROOM and got the room cleaned again with cockroach spray. Soon after there were more cockroaches (SOME ON THE BED ITSELF!). We brought our issues forward to the manager only to have him respond with nothing but to shift hotels!!! (not a minute later we were told that we could change our room by the bell boy). This highlights their poor service! The manager of this so-called resort has the WORST HOSPITALITY (not only him but the staff too). One who cannot bother to hold accountability for the issues we faced at our paid stay. It was not only my room that had problems but also the other room that my family stayed in. There was NO HOT WATER and the exhaust in the Bathroom made a LOUD NOISE. Overall this hotel provides absolutely poor service and the manager is ill fit for his position to have NOT APOLOGIZED AND RECTIFIED THE ISSUE my family faced. Instead my family apologized for having chosen this absolute TRASH ACCOMMODATION. To have the manager blatantly tell us to shift to another hotel shows the accommodation's poor hospitality because apparently we were the only one's facing problems! ( funny how most of the recent reviews are nothing but negative ). I feel sad for the future guests who would face such horrible service at the given price of rooms that are POORLY MAINTAINED, UNHYGIENIC AND COCKROACH INFESTED along with PLUMBING ISSUES. It is basic procedure for hotels to check the condition of the room before guests check in and have decent hospitality which THIS SO-CALLED "RESORT AND SPA" LACKS!!! With accommodations like this Goa has lost its charm.

If you dont want to spoil your vacation then please do not book your stay with Krishna resort and spa. Facilities and services are pathetic be it rooms, cleanliness or food. They just had 2 items in breakfast and that too were not good and hygenic. There were termites everywhere in the room, even in the bed. Bathrooms were smelly. Pool was not clean. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND KRISHNA BEACH RESORT AND SPA, COLVA TO ANYONE. Pathetic stay i had.
