Love this hotel. Such a peaceful area. Rooms very nice, Staff very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be back.

We had booked a night stay with the hotel. We reached the location late at night because of our flight. Upon reaching, we couldn't find the hotel because there was no board or name. One small board was hidden behind the car parking. The caretaker's phone was off. We couldn't do anything for around an hour and just sat in our car. Later on inquiry we found the hotel and could check in. The rooms were not at all clean. The bed had spiders, cushions had fungus. Somehow we spent a night and left.

We had a short stay here. It looks really nice and is located in a good location. Reception is helpful. It has a big swimming pool and is located at a walkable distance from beach. Stay was a bit complicated as the rooms were filled with big size black ants, coming out from all corners and bathroom. First day was really scary. The rooms were cleaned upon informing and pesticides sprayed all over in the room. Next day, the room service knocked at the door for cleaning. We requested to wait for few minutes but they went and never came back the entire day. They did the same with other rooms. Door lock doesn't work properly and needs to be fixed. Overall it would be a better place for stay if timely cleaning is done.

I was my honor to be a part of Sao Domingo's Holiday Home. The MD Mr Edwin and Asst. MD Mrs. Joyfie treats staff as family. Even after leaving Sao Domingo's, we are still in touch. The property is located in Cavelossim with swimpool and Goan Village restaurant. It's extended propert other side near restaurant is Luciana's Beach resort. They also have their vehicle for pick up and drop facility. It's a family run business good place to have a memorable stay. I am not saying it because I formerly worked in Front Office. Experience your stay there and then decide. Probably you will feel am honest about my opinion. Last but not least, Mr Edwin runs shack name Win-Wins in seasonal time on Mobor Beach. This place is really happening as it also holds night Beach parties.

I alongwith group of 3 families visited this place during first week of October. Pros and cons about the place Pros Decent swimming pool Location is good with beaches and restaurants in walking distance Cons There were cockroaches in mattress, hence it became menance since we had small kids. Sometimes there was no hot water in bathroom for bathing so my 2 year daughter had to bath with cold water. On asking the management, they said they have just started the Geyser. This was mismanagement from their side. Rooms are very small not like you see in pictures.

We were lucky to find this place on Google search. This is a beautiful property surrounded by similar homestays in a quiet part of Cavelossim, goa. The entire ambience was homely and festive. Mr Edwin who owns the property is a super host. He personally made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. We arrived late in the night but were welcomed at the reception by Mr Hanuman. We were also served fresh food beyond their restaurants working hours at request. This place also has other cafe and bar at close proximity. The beach is walking distance from the resort.

I visited this place during last week of December 2023 and was very much disappointed with the behavior of the owners. They clearly demonstrated racial discrimination towards Indians. I will recommend to boycott such hotels showing racial discrimination towards Indians while running hotel business in India

Overall good experience, Peaceful place and location with good restaurants near by with live music Can chill from balcony too while listening to music Good place with swimming pool. Beach is 600 m away but overall a good location.
