This place is a bit scary at night. If you are going alone or with few people, then don't go there. It's full haunted. We stayed there for 1 night and experienced a lot of crazy stuffs over there.

Service was really poor. Owner was not available neither physically nor over phone. Location is bit isolated. Although who want stay with own vehicle, enjoy peaceful stay may enjoy here. The place is also good for group stay for students or youngsters if they want a budget stay.

The place is very peaceful and calm. We enjoyed our beach walks every evening as it very close to our stay. The owner took care of everything. The market is also at short distance. The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. Hoping to visit this place some soon.

The owner was nice and the place was also peaceful and calm. Suitable for people who want to get away from their busy life. But there are a lot of mosquitoes and the light is also very dim. It might have been because of the weather but the network was extremely bad. And me and my friends personally didnt like the person who rented out cars (he is owner's friend)

hi guys whom so ever searching this property i suggest first check properly and then u go, on 24th october 2023 my family reach there with 5 couples They all are above 50 age. what problem they face that i m sharing u below. 1. owner name is olencio not helping at all, its written Washing machine is ther but its not working , written water purifier that also not working, gas burner also not working, there is no towel soo many time we call at night 10.30 they provide towel, blanket also not there its there but very thin, one care taker is there name is Raj when we call he say that i m not wroking here u do by ur self u tell Aunty she is next to this house name is IFA when we call that aunty she dont respond properly this Olencio just say sorry what ever we happen he just take money and after there no connection and he is always out when ever we call i request u all plz suggest other place cos i dont what ever my family phase there u all not face and also transportation also problem in 2 km u cant get anything , i m sorry i hve to write all this but i cant hide i dont want others hve face all this problem, Olencio just take money after what ever u face problem he dont help at all they dont talk properly also. what ever we face problem that sharing u . rest all ur choice.. Thank you

The cabinets in the complete villa were having cleanliness issues. Esp. kitchen. We met frogs on kitchen slab and washrooms There is no where mentioned that 3 rooms out of 5 rooms don't have AC, TV or washrooms attached. Thankfully we visited the place when these things weren't required. The place is good however not maintained properly.

Be aware the fake pictures and false promises , you will repent. This is the worst place I have ever seen. Specially OLENCIO is a negative man he takes advance and never return. He kept on asking for advance but this was our last mistake to rely on his fake promises about the place with fake pictures and we paid advance. We booked the property and he shown very good pictures but when we reach reality was WAY OPPOSITE , the house is located beside railway line and POORLY maintained, suffocating, Stinky, bad condition. We went Goa for vacation and the place was like HAUNTED one. Hence my wife refused to stay because of these reasons but Olencio is fraud and cheated us. Never returned the money.
