Holiday Beach Resort

We had stayed here for 3 nights 4 days and just checked out today and we are already missing the place. It's located right on beach, excellent landscaping, private beach a few steps away from our room. The pool is clean and well maintained. The food, cleanliness, staff, rooms are all excellent.

I really enjoyed my stay at Holiday Beach Resort. The location is excellent, the staff, from management to maintenance, cleaning, etc..are very kind and helpful with anything you might need. I felt welcome from day one and will definitely be back!

We had an Awesome stay at this beautiful place, the rooms are clean and spacious. Beach is just a minute away, walking distance. Will definitely this place again

Holiday Beach Resort Ambience of resort is too good, awesome, but few villas are sold out to foreign nationals, due to this you may not get exact same rooms available which showing online to book.. Swimming pool is very neet and clean and it has sufficient length and depth as well. It get clean by everyday. Only breakfast served here which carried here from another hotel, The Tree Nova (Owner's another property in cansaulim). No lunch, no dinner served, no Bar facility available. You can order lunch or dinner (fix menu) but it will be carried from The Tree Nova Hotel. As Holiday Beach Resort run by in partnership, no one take initiative of maintenance. No toiletries available in washroom as written at the time of booking. No all satellite channels subscribed to view other than Hindi. No kids channels, no knowledge and informational channels to view. Staff count is very less as equal to nothing. Only one staff runs 24x7 for everything and he is very polite and very helpful.

Best part about this place is its proximity to a beach that is not plagued with the usual crowd. A 2 minute walk from here to the beach. The pool is small but fairly adequate. The rooms are clean and basic with a refrigerator and kitchen counter. The balcony is nice and looks towards the pool and gardens. There a homely atmosphere about this place that is quite enjoyable.

When we arrive, manager gives us very dirty and bed room without good repair. But after little negotiate and 30$ we took very good apartments with beautiful balcony. Very poor breakfast, you get only 1 omelet with two toasts with butter and jam and cup of tea/coffee but for us it was not a problem. |If you stay at this hotel you get very good beach without peoples and noise but it also haven't infrastructures, nearest restaurant around 30 minuets walk by beach. |We took motorbike and saw whole Goa beaches and our beach was in top 5 for us. |In total we haven't sympathy for our choice.

Resort was Awesome !!! Beautiful pool, need swimming suit to jump into , food not available has to travel 5 km to main rd ,morning breakfast they will provide only for superior AC rooms, scooty and airport shuttle they will arrange ,velsao beach is 100-200 mts away ,room is spacious, clean bathroom well maintained property ,if you seek for calm and quite place this is the perfect holiday destination ,colva beach is 16 km away ,sunset beach 8 km away ,airport 12 km away. way to far to travel to north Goa ,would suggest if you stay there enjoy south GoA only. overall had a good time with budget stay.

A beautiful quiet place away from the hustle and bustle.very close to the pretty beach.The place is very peaceful and clam..The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean and tidy..The staff IS very friendly and cooperative...the swimming pool is well maintained and clean.The place is suitable for familiers as well as for singles.
