Riva Gold Coast

My stay at this was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a good, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's location was also perfect, within walking distance of many attractions. We had a pleasant stay at Riva Goldcoast Candolim. The rooms were clean, the location was great, and the breakfast buffet was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. We did find an insect in one dish, but the staff acknowledged the mistake and responded politely. Overall, a good experience with room for improvement in food hygiene

The hotel was amazing, At first we were all worried but soon as we met the staff and saw the pool we were filled with excitement again! Especially Melvin. I've never seen a more friendly, caring and enjoyable server/ manager in my life!! Hotel is a little far from the Bigger hot spots but has a scooter renting service right next to it meaning you can book one for the day at 400-450 rupees and put in 500 rupees petrol and go anywhere! Truely one of the best places to be affordable, quality and filled with the best vibes!!!

I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Sanjay. He was extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. His warm and professional attitude made me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay. Truly excellent service--thank you, Sanjay!

I had stayed for 4 days in this hotel , Hotel staff is very good , Room is also neat & clean , washroom is also clean , Hotel location is also good , Food is not so much good , it is average. Main problem is there is no parking in this hotel even for 2 wheeler , if you stay with your personal vehicle , parking is challenging .

Pros:Location is waking distance to beach.Staff is very warm with excellent service .Restaurent attendents do take care of your requirements and feedback.we had to leave early morning so they packed us breakfast at 7:30am morning. Cleaniless is also taken care. cons:Parking is not available that is the only concern hence 4 stars.

I never post reviews, but today I felt compelled to share my experience. I called the reception to inquire about group booking rates for March. The staff asked me to message them on WhatsApp, which I did. Despite reminding them twice, I still haven't received any updates or rates. Because of this poor communication, I no longer feel comfortable booking with this hotel and cannot recommend it to anyone. This is the only way you'll learn about their service quality.

One can consider staying here for a couple of days. Parking condition is poor as they do not have a dedicated four wheeler parking space. Breakfast was good and has a variety of healthy options. Overall loved the stay.
