Just returned from a 3-day team getaway at D' Alturas Goa, and it was absolutely fantastic! The property is beautifully maintained with a great mix of comfort and style -- perfect for both relaxation and team bonding. The rooms were super clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and the common areas had a cozy, welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. From smooth check-in to delicious meals and quick assistance whenever required, their service really stood out. The location was peaceful yet well-connected, allowing us to explore nearby spots during the day and return to chill by the pool or enjoy an evening barbecue. It was the ideal setting to recharge and reconnect as a team. Highly recommend D' Alturas for anyone planning a group retreat or even a laid-back vacation. We're already talking about coming back again next year!

I had a wonderful stay at De Alturas! From the moment I arrived, Lakshmi at the front office made me feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful with all my queries. The housekeeping staff was also very sweet, ensuring my room was spotless and comfortable throughout my stay. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with stunning views that add to the experience. The hotel's amenities and food are top-notch, and the location is perfect for both relaxation and exploring nearby attractions. Resort De Alturas : Terrible Stay - Would Not Recommend! We had an absolutely horrible experience staying at Resort De Alturas. From the moment we entered the room, we were greeted with a strong, damp smell that made the entire stay uncomfortable. It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned, as we noticed dust, stains, and an overall lack of hygiene. The biggest issue was the electricity - it kept going on and off throughout our stay, making it extremely frustrating. Despite complaining multiple times, the problem was never resolved. To make matters worse, the TV in our room didn't work for the entire four days we stayed there! Again, the staff showed no urgency or willingness to fix the issue. Hygiene was another major concern. We found cockroaches in the bathroom, which was absolutely disgusting. This alone speaks volumes about the hotel's lack of cleanliness and maintenance. On top of everything, the service was incredibly poor. The staff was unresponsive, and whenever we requested assistance, we either got delayed responses or no help at all. It felt like they simply didn't care about their guests' comfort. The breakfast was just as bad as the rest of the experience. The food was tasteless and poorly prepared. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. If you value cleanliness, comfort, and decent service, I strongly advise you to avoid this place. We were feeling helpless as we had paid the money in advance. It's not at all worth the money or the frustration! Would definitely not recommend !

We (A P Bhaskaran & Premakumari), part of a 25 member group, were your guests for a short period (March 25-28) in Room No 502 and enjoyed your hospitality to the maximum. It was our first visit to Goa. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to our friends/relatives who are planning to visit Goa as the room service was astonishing. In no time they could attend to our needs. Further the front office team, comprising Luxmi, Saraswati & Vinod, with a welcome smile always on their faces, were extremely courteous and helpful. The F & B section (Gopi, Monika, Deepak, Neeraj, Chandan & Jisu) also rose to our expectations and deserve appreciation. In short our stay in De Alturas was a memorable one. Here are the highlights: 1. **The Electric Kettle Challenge**: The kettle was a delightful puzzle. To get it working, you had to hold it in a very specific way, like a magic trick. It was like they wanted to test your patience and creativity. 2. **The Jammed Balcony Door**: Because who needs fresh air or a view, right? The door was stuck, ensuring you stayed cooped up in your room, enjoying the stale air. 3. **The Bathroom Experience**: The flush and shower were temperamental, adding an extra layer of excitement to your morning routine. Will it work today? Maybe, maybe not! 4. **Average Food**: The culinary experience was as thrilling as watching paint dry. It was neither here nor there, just existing. 5. **The AC Saga**: The air conditioning was set up to turn off every 30 minutes, because who needs consistent cooling? It was like they wanted to keep you on your toes. And don't even get me started on the complaints - they were as effective as a whisper in a hurricane. 6. **The Two Buildings**: This hotel has two buildings, and we were lucky enough to be in the worst one. It felt like they reserved the best for someone else, perhaps a VIP guest... or a ghost. 7. **Wi-Fi That Will Drive You Crazy**: The internet was slower than a snail on valium. It was like they wanted to ensure you had plenty of time to reflect on your life choices. 8. **The Special Guests**: And then there were the rats. Not one, not two, but multiple rats, the size of small cats. It was like they were the actual owners of the place, and we were just temporary visitors. In conclusion, if you're considering booking a room here, think twice. In fact, think thrice. You might be better off sleeping on the streets of Goa. At least there, you won't have to deal with all these "amenities." So, go ahead and take a chance... if you dare.

Real value for money. Staffs are polite and spacious clean rooms. Breakfast is not so great and there is room for improvement. Overall good experience especially special request like early check in , breakfast packing were done without any additional cost.

Excellent service....It was amazing to stay at resort and there was so much of personal touch and respect.The staff is soft spoken and helpful. Overall, I would recommend people to book the hotel as the rates are also genuine...The location is near the beach and the stay was quite comfortable. Will definitely come again
