We booked the hotel for 3 days and visited with two other families. On arrival even though we were early the staff made all efforts to let us check in before usual hours. The breakfasts are good quality and filling with good table service as well. There is a clean swimming well maintained which all of us enjoyed a lot. Will definitely visit again.

It is a haunted hotel with two rooms permanently closed. Rusted locks on the doors, cross marked on the doors. When you ask them, every person will give a new reason why the doors are locked since years. The doors have so much soil on them that even the staff dares not touch the doors. They have a statue of Mother Mary just near the reception. The vibes are ok till that point only. After that point, the whole hotel is immersed in darkness. They have a so-called security staff who doesn't even dare to cross that point. Everyone stays just near the statue. They have only one poor boy who is sent to the rooms. What can a poor man do ? He has to work to arrange food for his family. So, he has to do what they say. Pity on him. The pics They have posted on Google etc.. are all fake. Don't fall for it. They only show the reception area and a room from inside. Nobody lives there. You will notice tourists living in other nearby hotels but nobody goes in this hotel. We heard footsteps, knocks even when nobody was there. The whole place has a full negative feeling. They will say that the security person takes regular rounds while the truth is that even he is scared to leave the place near Mother Mary statue. Other negative points- no intercom available, no cleanliness, staff very rude. We were damn scared in just a few hours, had such scary feeling there. The air is somehow very dense, difficult to breathe. The negativity is such that it will push you out of the place. Even no birds or animals come there. Something is very scary , very negative about this place. In my opinion, this negativity doesn't let anyone stay in there. That's why the whole hotel is empty, gives an eerie feeling if you see it. But, these people don't post those pics. Don't fall prey to it. Be very careful. Don't ever go there. From me 0/5 rating.

Hello Everyone, After staying at this hotel for two days, I am sharing the disappointing experience we faced. First and foremost, the hotel staff is very rude and unprofessional. They lack basic customer service skills, particularly a staff member named Raheem. He unnecessarily involved himself in our conversation with the reception staff, used inappropriate language, and made cheap comments. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel due to the staff's disrespectful behavior and lack of professionalism, especially considering the high cost of staying here. Additionally, during our two-day stay, no housekeeping services were provided. The room was not cleaned, and essentials like changing the bedding or cleaning the mattress were completely ignored. If you want to avoid such unpleasant experiences, I recommend skipping this hotel.

This is a renovated property, brand new in looks and facilities. Clean and neat rooms, clean, full sized swimming pool with a kiddie pool attached. Friendly and ever smiling staff, extremely courteous. Good breakfast options. |Main advantage is the excellent, central location, near the beach and at least 20, good restaurants and a super market within walking distance.|The only drawback is extremely limited (only for two cars) parking.

Excellent location, close to lots of restaurants and department stores. Well appointed, clean and comfortable rooms. Full sized swimming pool. Courteous, friendly and helping staff. Sumptuous breakfast. Close to the beach. The resort is still work in progress. Extremely limited parking.

Good place to check in when in Goa. Kumar Mohite was very helpful in booking the rooms... Quite place and easy access to Candolim beach and to other places as well.. One suggestion is to please have a good house keeping service. Rest all good..!!!

excellent location with shops, supermarket, beach, restaurants and bars all a stones throw away. We had a downstairs apartment with terrace by the side of the pool. It was lovely sat out having a night cap or with a cup of tea in the AM. Staff cant do enough for you, always smiling and always going out of their way. Nothing is too much trouble, thats from the mamangement Kevin, to the waiters to the security guard. Accomodation is basic but clean and has what you need||spacious living room with a table, chairs, sofa, coffee table and a fridge with a small ice box. 2 terraces, one overlooking the road and one by the pool. A seperate bedroom with new beds and a wardrobe, a bathroom with shower. Restaurant infront is same owners and brilliant||Breakfast was included and was made up of tea, coffee, toast and Jam. A full menu was available at an extra charge. Very reasonable prices

Stayed here five times over the past ten years with family and friends. No complaints at all. Staff are great 95% of the time but even they have bad days when they can`t be smiling all the time considering the long hours they work and have to put up with some pretty awful tourist. Yes it is a two star hotel, for the price you pay you are in the ideal location everything is on your doorstep, bars, restaurants, supermarket, shops, barber`s dental clinics opticians, the Elephant shop to change currency and get a phone sim, a short stroll to the beach or if you prefer you can pay a lot more to stay in an out of the way place.Staying here for three months next Jan, Feb, Mar.
