Park Inn by Radisson Goa Candolim

We had a wonderful stay at Park Inn by Radisson, Goa Candolim. From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally polite, warm, and helpful. Every single person we interacted with -- right from the security at the gate, to the reception, the person who escorted us to our room, and the staff who helped us with our luggage while leaving -- was courteous and well-spoken. While every hotel has its own rules and protocols, the way this team communicates them is truly commendable. They strike the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth, explaining the dos and don'ts without sounding bossy -- a skill that not many get right. The team here has clearly mastered it. A special mention to Debrata, Saurabh, and the gentleman who helped us with our luggage (I feel bad for forgetting his name) -- thank you for making our stay smooth and comfortable. The breakfast spread was generous, and we especially loved the freshly cooked food at the live counters, which made the experience even better. The pool area has my heart -- it's Pinteresty, beautifully done, and perfect for relaxing or taking aesthetic pictures. The hotel overall is beautifully designed and well maintained, especially the neat and clean washrooms. The location is another big plus -- it's close to everything you might need during your stay. The beach, great restaurants, grocery stores, local markets for shopping -- all are within easy reach, making it super convenient whether you're here to relax or explore. It's a great place to stay with both family and friends -- and if you're coming here with your parents, they're going to love it! Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant and peaceful stay in North Goa :)

Experience at the front office wasn't that good or nice compared to other Radisson stays. Service at the Chapora Restaurant isn't that great. When someone sits at the table, they don't even have courtesy to keep water in glass or bottle. When asked, they said the policy set by the Radisson group. I'm not sure who says not to give water until asked. Rooms - had taken junior suit room which was smaller in size compared to normal rooms at other Radisson Hotel (Baga one). Housekeeping staff were the best and made sure that everything was kept clean. Spa - my wife and kid took spa, spa rooms are smaller is size and have inexperienced staff. Parking - hardly they have parking space to keep 10 cars and if more car comes then they park 4 km away which wasn't good. Since I wasn't sure if it was parked on the roadside or with some inside parking. Breakfast Buffet - Taste wise the chef who was preparing dosa was the best, rest all its repeated items with combinations like Upma & Pongal, Poha and Sevai (which tasted sweetesh. Suggest to have breakfast outside. Even in Chapora Restaurant, I saw the staff asking customers to provide feedback, and staff were using customers' mobile phones to share the feedback. During checkout, the front office staff asked to provide feedback and even suggested they help out in filling in the feedback to which I declined and said will fill out later. Booking - The backend team was helpful during the reservation. Suggestion - Try other Radisson hotels than this one.

Review for Park Inn Candolim, Goa I had an excellent stay at Park Inn Candolim, Goa with my family. The resort is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing vacation. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The chefs were outstanding, preparing every meal to perfection. The pool was very clean and well-maintained, making it a great spot to unwind. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Goa. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Excellent stay ...me and my family we had a fantastic stay . 1) Breakfast buffet has wide spread of food . 2) Rooms are comfortable. 3) staff is very polite and humble . 4) location is also very nice close to the beach area . 5) Near by restaurant are there for lunch and dinner. 6) valet parking safe and available. 7) swimming pool is clean and atmosphere in the campus is family friendly. Had an amazing time at Park Inn, the staff very welcoming and friendly, they've been very helpful, especially Maria, Vinod and Dipanjan, they've been super helpful to help accommodate our requests.||The location is beautiful, rooms are nice and clean. It's worth the money, the breakfast spread is delicious and they have a lot of variety, so a lot to choose from. Will definitely visit again.

enjoyed the facilities, my children enjoyed chilling in bed watching the Tv. Bathroom was clean and good. The swimming pool was cool and was good fun. We thoroughly enjoyed. Excellent experience, would recommend to anyone. We would definitely stay again. All staff was excellent and very kind.Restaurant Manager sandip ji was also very kind and helpful nature.

I have stayed here for a week for my summer vacation.The hotel and staff is quite good.Food is awesome and I had a wonderful time. Also I met one staff Dipanjan quite good.Breakfast buffet options are vast and dinner buffet is also good. I would highly recommend this place for vacation .
