De Falcon Goa Beach Resort A Unit of Dreambleau Hotels

This hotel has a good potential but they have not maintained it at all. I had a bad experience staying in this property. No cleanliness in rooms as well as in restaurant and swimming pool. Food is bad. Got stomach upset after eating it. Also saw a rat running in restuarant. Dirty water was coming from basin. They are giving free tea coffee or ice cream to whoever giving 5 star review. Otherwise the hotel doesn't deserve even 1 star.

It was a very pleasant experience staying here!! All the staffs starting the service rooms, reception and food area were very responsive in providing all the requests whatever we needed!! Food was good and hygienic, room was spacious and well maintained - will definitely recommend this if you are planning to stay in a resort near candolim beach

Staff is very cooperative, but the tea bags and creamer like basic things are not in place, need to ask for this. Also breakfast starts at 9 AM. Rooms are good and clean. All staff and manager are very cooperative and gentle.

It was an average stay for me because of below points. There were lot of management issues in the hotel. Positives: 1.Room size and bathroom size was bigger and room had access to the balcony as well. But there is no good view from balcony. 2. It's located beside main road and in the market. Hence you can explore the market by walk. Negatives: Cockroaches and rats were there in the room. Found one rat crossing in the balcony and there were too many cockroaches beside the bed. 2. Bathroom faucets were weak and bathroom lock was hangy. We booked two rooms and there was same issue in both the rooms. You have struggle to open main door as well since it will be jammed. 3. Pool was very small and not well maintained. You will find dust in the pool. Overall it was in average stay considering their price point. It's not worth of money they are charging.

Great location, and where are great ,room clean, but that's about it .|We were the only English speaking in the hotel,( not that it was a problem we are in india) but it's was hard to explain when we had a problem. The pool was very tiny with people spitting in it ,a guy was getting phlegm of this chest and spitting it on the floor , the breakfast left a lot to be desired, I wouldn't be stay here again .

During my visit to Goa, I stayed at De Falcon Candolim. The staff's hospitality truly stood out--their politeness and attentiveness ensured all my queries were promptly addressed. The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated near an array of excellent restaurants and within easy walking distance of the beach. I highly recommend De Falcon for anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Goa

Not so good rooms. Fans just rotate, no breeze from them. You get so many good options in this budget. Breakfast is good. Everything else sucks..
