7sea Beach Resort

I recently stayed at 7 Sea Beach Resort, Candolim, and it was a very disappointing experience. Firstly, the washroom was extremely dirty, and it was clear that no proper cleaning had been done before our arrival. The water supply was irregular, and the bath cubicle was choked, making it unusable. Additionally, there was a persistent stinky smell throughout the room, and the floor was filthy, showing a complete lack of hygiene. The management was poor, with no one available to address our complaints or assist us during our stay. Their indifference made the entire experience even worse. The atmosphere was unpleasant, and the hotel felt suffocating due to poor ventilation. To add to the inconvenience, the parking area was far away from the hotel, which made it difficult to access. I would not recommend 7 Sea Beach Resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and hygienic stay in Candolim. It fails to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Beware - Appearance can be deceptive of this hotel in photos. Actual condition is different from photos. I booked this hotel by looking at pics. Pros (positive part) - 1. Location very near by Candolim Beach. This is great thing. Cons - 1. Reception - No warm welcome. No wishing. Sofas are completely damaged and they have put some tape on it to repair. 2. There is a kitchen duct which opens just near by reception. A bad oduour is always there which I find choking. 3. Dirty rooms and a bad smell of moisture always present in the room. 4.Fungus in Almira with black spots. I could not put my clothes in it. Dust in room with small spider webs. 5. Bathrooms Worst condition with yellow lights. Towels are clean. 6.Room back side is glass door. Balcony area is full of spit by gutka and cigarette filters. 7. Rust on chairs. I got spots on my white shirt. Room Sofa is okay. 8.A/C and fan both make unwanted noise. NOT well maintained. 9. Restaurant is good. Food is fine with normal taste. Restaurant toilet is in bad condition. 10. Staff is okay, but NOT that friendly. 11. Swimming pool is okay. Over all good for location. But worst for spending time at Hotel. This is not worth for money. I dont feel like putting bare foot in room without my slippers. Dear 7 Sea Beach Resort, You have nice location. Whether you don't increase the facilities but at least Improve your present condition. Maintain it properly. I have seen many hotels but this was worse than other hotels till now.

Cleanliness: when i checked in room was not clean. I went out and when I came back in evening, they cleaned it. However they didn't clean it properly. there were dirty spot all around in bathroom. Bathroom pot had lots of yellow spot. same for the washroom sink. Now the horror part. Next day when I asked to clean again, they tried to clean all that, did a decent job but the same guy who washed the pot also washed the glasses given to us. imagine our horror he is washing potty and then using the same hand to wash glass. we refused to use. he replaced the glasses but we saw them putting these extremely unhygienic glass back in their store room without sending to wash. Room service was not good. couldn't get fresh towel. hotel owner had to come to room to deliver itself 2. Pool: it was good and maintained. 3. Food: Very limited option. considering they charged a lot for the stay. 4. Location: very near to candolim beach. 5. Food: Their food although little costly but cheaper to nearby other hotels. probably because they are slightly off road. you have to wait a bit as there is hardly any customer. 6. 6k per night. please do not book this room you will get much much better rooms nearby. they are getting booked at this price beacuse It is coming on top on make my trip search. I don't why MMT is recommending this.

Good location, right next to the beach. Jhonny bhai was good to us, and the rates were okay. We got a big room with bathtub for 4500 during December. It also has a pool. They give separate shampoos, shower gel and face wash as well.

Not good ambience and room service Location is near the Candolim beach but Buffet food is not with many options and worse room is beach side room Having two a.c and two bed ,big hall but t.v and wifi is not working

We just stayed there for a day. Pros: The hotel is next to the candolim beach. The staff is polite. The food is ok. Rooms are cheap. Cons: Rooms are not well maintained. The TV was not working. Bathroom door lock was broken. Mosquitos.

**Horrific Stay - Worst Hotel Experience of My Life!** If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had. First off, the room was beyond filthy. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, with dirt and stains everywhere. To top it off, we weren't alone in the room - **a rat** decided to share the space with us! Imagine trying to sleep with a rat scurrying around the room! The nightmare didn't end there. The **water ran out**, leaving us unable to shower or even wash up. When we brought it up to the staff, they didn't seem to care at all. Even worse, the **AC stopped working for an entire night**, turning the tiny, dirty room into an unbearable sweatbox. The heat and discomfort were unbearable. To add insult to injury, the **owner** was a complete mess - **constantly drunk**, slurring his words, and offering no help with the numerous issues we faced. It felt like there was zero management, and the place was just running itself into the ground. Between the rat, no water, a broken AC, and an unprofessional, intoxicated owner, I can confidently say this was the worst stay I've ever had. Save yourself the trouble and stay far, far away from this disaster of a hotel! ---

Worst experience of any hotel I ever come accross booked for 3 nights but checked out second morning paid 17000 for 3 nights but 3rd class service
