We had a wonderful 2-day stay at Shamboo Retreat, Agonda. The location is peaceful, close to the beach, and surrounded by nature, making it a perfect getaway. A special shout-out to Pooja, the host, who made our stay truly memorable. She is incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Very talkative in the best way - she made us feel welcome, shared great local tips, and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Whether guiding us to places, or just having a cheerful chat, she was always there trying to make everything possible. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm, relaxed, and personal stay experience in Agonda. Thank you, Pooja, for your amazing hospitality - we'll definitely be back!

Check-in was smooth, and though the parking space is limited, the staff helpfully found nearby spots when it was full. This place is just a few meters from the beach, offering a beautiful, decorative ambiance. We stayed in the garden-facing rooms, which were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The peaceful atmosphere and warm hospitality made for an exceptional retreat experience. While The Shambho Retreat doesn't have an in-house kitchen, there are plenty of delicious options just steps away in nearby shacks and restaurants. It's one of the cleanest and best value-for-money options in Agonda, perfect for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway amidst nature. Recently visited this place for a weekend stay with my wife & daughter. Check in was smooth though they have very limited parking space. We had booked a sea facing room which was very neat and clean. The view from the room was just fabulous as you could see the beach right from your bed. We had a great time during our stay. Few things missing in the amenities which I observed are toiletries, TV , No mirror on the cupboard (they have mirror in the washroom). Overall it was worth staying here & the amazing view from the room sitout area was so pleasing.

It's a nice and small place. You have direct access to the beach. The crowd is less and nice. Though the hotel itself doesnt offer food service but it hardly even matter as you can easily go the side by hotels as they are all connected by beach and enjoy food with a great view, yes you won't be ordering any room service here trust me, most the time you will be spending by beach itself. Hotel is nice. Staff is nice. They are were quick to provide service and offer any resolutions to your problem.

The place is great, the rooms are spotless and beautiful. We loved staying on the beachfront cabin, absolutely incredible! The place next to it has great food, and the breakfast at the Greenland was awesome. Power goes out quite often in the whole area, so be prepared for some candlelit dinners by the beach. We had a wonderful time there

The place is Awesome Decorative just couple of meters from beach. The rooms are clean and beautiful. We loved staying on the beachfront cabin, absolutely incredible! Nice location. We enjoyed candle Lights Dinner at beach special Thanks to owner Mr. Ashish Sharma who arranged everything for us. Very polite person always helpful. All staff are very supportive. We had a wonderful time there. Can't wait to visit in future.

We got a sea facing cottage for a weekend getaway. This place is near perfect! It's a new property so everything was pretty clean - towels, linen, glasses, etc. The room is pretty basic but the bed is roomy, and comfy. We managed to catch some cool stargazing at night. The staff was friendly and courteous and willing to help and give us local recommendations on things to do, places to eat, etc. All in all a fantastic experience!

Thus resort provides an exceptional retreat experience. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the peaceful ambiance and warm hospitality. The spacious accommodations, delicious cuisine, and peaceful surroundings surpassed my expectations. Highly recommended for those seeking a peaceful getaway amidst nature's beauty.
