WS Beach Resort And SPA

The hotel was neatly maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. Good place to take rest and enjoy.

Worst hotel possible for staying.. filthy rooms. Worst food and ambience. Foul smell everywhere and drunken people roaming in the corridor. The hotel was a scary place to stay.. even if I am given money to stay there I won't ever visit the place. Only good thing was that the hotel was near beach.

Reception & Support Staff's were supportive & friendly. But Manager behaviour is very rude and not supportive. Irresponsible. Apart from this Good.

I recently stayed at the hotel, and unfortunately my experience was very very bad. 1.The bed sheets and pillow covers looked unclean. 2. Cockroaches were roaming inside the room. 3. The washroom floor looks dirty , bath towels were not clean, stains were visible. 4. Shower pressure was so low, only one light in the Washroom was flickering all the time and it took 24 hours to replace. 6. Breakfast - cockrache was roming in buffet area when we call to hotel manager than he said you can leave now .they dont have good staff . when we ask for towel than they said it under laundry. t.v was not working i called staff so many times. and wifi not working. dont use this hotel service if u dont wants to spoil your trip

The Pool was not maintained well and it seems to be very bad in real. The balconies in the rooms have maintained in very bad conditions.The waste water from other AC's from the above rooms will drop on to our heads when we stand in balconies.And the place where water from AC will formed green algaes , it's tends us to fell from the balconies.

Had a decent overall experience at the resort. The room was clean, and the staff was approachable. The location is excellent, with both Baga and Calangute beaches nearby. A great choice for a short stay in Goa.

It's a good budget resort. Near to beach , house keeping is best. Restaurant services are poor . If you call for morning tea or evening dinner restaurant people refuse to deliver in room. Else location wise it's best resort

We Stayed here with family, very good Location walking distance from Calangute beach and Baga Beach Titos lane, Property is very good we booked with meal plan, Breakfast and dinner. Dinner was very good, Breakfast you can add some more Verity. Overall experience was very good. We will definitely consider this property again.
