Treebo Kristal Sands Beach Resort

There is no 0 star rating option or else I would have given that. We had been to this place for 4 days with friends. But we had a very disgusting experience there. The rooms shown on the website are totally different from what they are allocating. they have denied us to give the mentioned rooms and said these rooms are for foreigners. We had to complain to the treebo and somehow we managed to get a decent room. We had booked 3 rooms and still some amenities were missing in every room. In 4 days none of them came for room service. Outside of the room we used to keep used plates that were also lying on the floor for days. We were very disappointed with their service and facilities. There are few dogs available inside their property, and they drink the swimming pool water which is very unhygienic. Also on the last day their bull dog came inside our room which was absolutely scary. While checking out they said next time we will take care of everything and please excuse us. But who's gonna go again to such a bad service place. Breakfast was complimentary but no proper management to handle the crowd. You have to wait along for a omlette also. Worst management and worst owner. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. In simple words the place is only good for its location as it's walkable to the beach. Apart from this it didn't deserve a single star rating.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tree Kristal Sands Resort.The resort itself is well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, & scenic beauty. A special mention to "Laxmi", who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and memorable. Her attentiveness, kindness, and willingness to help with every little request truly made a difference. Whether it was assisting with arrangements, providing local recommendations, or simply checking in to see if we were comfortable, she exemplified outstanding service with a smile. The entire staff was courteous and efficient, making sure we had everything we needed for a stress-free and enjoyable vacation. Thank you for making our trip so special...we can't wait to return!

We stayed here for 5 days and had a great experience. Rooms were very clean and washroom were newly constructed and very clear and hygiene. Staff behavior was also nice and helping . A very budget friendly resort with nice swimming pool and rooms .

The stay was awesome and comfortable.|Front desk staff especially Moaushid, Sagar and Lakshmi was well supportive.|We stayed with our 2 year old daughter and the stay was too comfortable for us. Clean and hygienic room, scenic property, very close to the beach, Bay food preparation on the call.

Hotel and rooms where clean and neat|Staff was polite and was very helpful whenever required|Breakfast and Foods were really amazing|Best part is they have beautiful swimming to spend quality time with your love ones and live music to enjoy it was really amazing stay over here...

1/5 - Terrible Experience! Not Recommended! I had a pathetic experience at this hotel. The rooms shown during Treebo booking were denied by the owner, stating they don't provide those rooms to Indians, which is highly unacceptable. Initially, we were given poor-quality rooms with no amenities. After complaining to Treebo, it took 5-6 hours to get the booked rooms. Even then: Missing essentials - No buckets, no hangers, no towels in 2 rooms One room lacked a refrigerator & TV Breakfast was average, with long 15-20 min queues Avoid this hotel if you value good service & comfort! Wouldn't recommend.

How this is 3 star is beyond me. The service is non existent. The staff seem totally clueless. The restaurant serves only a couple of dishes, none of which are on the menu. You need to sit out on the balcony to get any connection to the wifi. Animals running wild throughout the property. Good luck getting a good nights sleep here.

We stayed there for a football tournament and the owners took personal care for all of us. In the reception, Lakshmi was really diligent and helped us in whatever requirements we had even with some restrictions they had with number of staff. All in All, happy positive staff who wants to help which you can seldom find in Goa
